I have been taking treatment with Ms Malik for more than 6 months now *** * ***** ******* *** *** ** *** **** * **** **** ****Before I start I must say that it is very important to find a good therapist which you could relate to and that could be a bit relative, however after counseling with a few therapists, I have no doubt I found the right one.She is professional in her approach and a very patient listener. She remembers things even from our first meeting almost an year back. She always listens to me well. I was very well explained my issues and I agreed to go with the Psychology tests which helped a lot, both for my treatment and for me to know myself better.After the tests, the therapy was well explained and I have been going through it mostly over calls due to current Covid times.I must say, I really look forward to my therapy sessions and a mix of scientific and a little spiritual approach really helps me in the treatment. (I think the spiritual side got introduced only when she came to know my bent towards it which means adaptive treatment and that is a good way to go with it).The talk and explainations sooth me and is well balanced. I feel I could talk to her about anything openly.Apart from the treatment, she is open to listening and discussing things and suggesting good reads.The therapy is helping me and I can feel the changes coming in me gradually.Please remember that any therapy takes time to show long lasting results and expecting a miracle in a couple of meeting with any therapist is not a logical ask.Thanks you Ms Malik

As far as I can recall, I've suffered from anxiety and mild depression since I was 11 years old. I didn't know then what my condition is called. I always felt different and like a misfit amongst my peers. Until a year ago, when I felt tired of living like this, I decided to reach out for help. Initially I would go for online sessions out of my fears. One being no one would know that I've mental health issues. I was scared of being judged just like all of us do. But I never find those sessions satisfying. I felt they don't even care. I had overworked myself as a coping mechanism to keep myself busy with work. When that breaking point was reached, I found Dr. Malik's profile on practo and I finally gathered up the courage to go and see her. I'm glad I made that decision. When we first met, she made me feel so much comfortable. She listened to me very patiently and for the first time I felt heard by someone. She explained to me the treatment and the psychological tests that I should undertake before starting with the treatment. Those were a great way to let me understand myself better and it made me acknowledge some of the things which were always there in my sub conscious mind.

It's been a year since I'm seeking therapy sessions with Dr. Malik and I feel so much confident and hopeful than earlier. She has taught me techniques to control my anxiety and I'm really grateful to her for that.

Dr. Mitsuvi Malik is an extremely professional person. She has very good methods of professional sessions in which she descibes the problems and solutions to the patient on more of a scientific/Medical level. But she also indulges in very personal sessions in which she tries to listen mostly from the person and tries to give an advice or solution very articulate in way but very helpfull.

I have been getting help from her for quite some time now, and ahe has helped me tremendously with facing my problems.

She is a professional at all times but at times she also gives you advice or help on personal which is very kind of her.

I would definitely recommend her to any person who has any psychological issue or they think they have problems dealing with just daily life. She really knows what she is doing, she has plenty of experience and has a very unique ability to connect with person that allows both parties to reqch to a rqtional conclusion. I could write pages about her qualities, but that would just be to boring for you people to read instead, VISIT Dr. Mitsuvi and i can guarantee, you wont be diappointed.

I was in my office when I couldn’t catch my breath and was rushed to the hospital. Thereafter all checkups the attending doctor told me I hyperventilated due to anxiety and I should approach a Psychiatrist. But because I heard that psychiatrists make you eat medicine and I thought I might be addicted to them I thought of going to a Psychologist. I approached Mitsuvi with a hesitant mind because of societal stereotypes related to psychologists only treating maniacs and mentally ill people. But the experience turned out to be totally different. Mitsuvi, being one of the nicest people I ever met, diagnosed me in the first session with Mixed Depressive with Anxiety Episode. First I felt very bad but then Mitsuvi helped me understand my situation and then started one of the most beautiful journeys with a stranger that later became a friend. Mitsuvi never makes you feel out of place anywhere during the treatment and sessions. She treats you like a friend and does what a friend do when in need. I started feeling good about myself in just a few sessions. Meeting her for the first time was one experience that made me feel better after the first session itself. Meeting her for the very first time itself was great as she explained my situation and made me do some exercise. For the very first time in the last few months, I was smiling, I felt very good and taken care of. Mitsuvi, although being in a serious type profession, is witty at times and never fails to make me laugh or smile for that matter. She acts as your friend and treats you so. As of now my therapy sessions have stopped. I haven't hyperventilated since then. Now my booster(observation) sessions are going on which are free of cost, can you imagine in times when doctors are literally just to get money out of their patients here's a noble soul who's just doing her duty. To Make People HAPPY! I thank Mitsuvi for being what she is and for what she did to me. Changed my life.

I can't thank Dr. Malik enough for what she has done for me. She has given me a new life. I had lost all hopes of being normal again, but she helped me understand my illness and guided me along the way to fight my GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder) effectively. Her method of treatment is very professional, yet she maintains a very friendly environment throughout her sessions. She is one of the few doctors whose priority is her patients' health and not money. She didn't say no to provide me treatment even when once due to some problem I was short of cash. For my first session I went there with a sad face and terrible state of mind, but ended my last session laughing and thanking her. She is a really genuine, kind hearted, and understanding person.I can assure everyone who reads my review that they can trust her blindly and should definitely consult her if you are facing any sort of mental trouble in life. It was a very good experience with Dr malik. Coming from an indian middle class family as always assumed that physiologist are needed when you go cuckoo. But my hesitations were up to the point when I met Dr malik. She gradually let me open myself to her and explain my situation where I was going on anxiety attacks and depression.

She is a good doctor who always tries to maintain the comfort zone of the patient. She listens the problem carefully and sort them easily. She made me understand the problem and adviced me accordingly.

She always give importance to patient at any time and sortout every query with polite and in a logical way. She helped me to regain my confidance and stay positive in every situation.

Sometimes we all need a neutral perspective and sometimes just an ear to hear what we want to say and guide us towards the right path. For me the person was Dr Mitsuvi Malik. Thank you Doc.

Dr. Mitsuvi is a compassionate listener. She heard the problem that I was facing and made me understand the underlying cause of the problem. I suggested her to not introduce any kind of medicine and she clearly stated that as long as you will help yourself in getting out of this, why will we need medicine.

And today I am happy that I have recovered and in a great mental shape than what I was during the last few months. I would recommend her for those who want that their counselor understands all the problems one is facing and act in a gentle way.

Great experience. I wants to say a big thank you for all the guidance and support during treatment. This helped me to come out of OCD and Depression of past 4 years which had become a nightmare for me.

I am very thankful that I went there for my treatment. Doctor helped me greatly to overcome the situation that I was facing. She is very friendly, patient and elaborates everything in details. When I went to the doctor, I was in a really bad shape and was not even able to stay in Noida, so Doctor agreed to counsel me over the phone considering my situation then. Before starting the treatment, she did a few psychological tests to diagnose what problems did I have exactly. Then she explained me very clearly the root cause of the problems as well as the treatment she was going to introduce. Unlike many therapists that I have heard of, she uses real therapy and teaches you the techniques to heal your problem which are effective in longer run. I am still under therapy but, even now, I as well as the people that I am surrounded with see the changes in my behavior and outlook. It's a huge success working with Doctor.

I really needed help since I was a 16year old boy after going through multiple psychologists who thought that me being a gay boy is the reason i have mental issues and so i was unable to find the right treatment for me until i booked an appointment with Ms Malik She has patients and she analysis every problem and helped me solve it one by one and made me feel safe to actually talk about the things I couldn't share with other pschologists.If you have read all of it just understand a little thing that if her treatment doesn't suit you dont give up keep finding the right psychologists for yourself because at the end of the day you are just few steps away from all the happiness you need in life.
