Dr.Itu is very friendly and approachable. Ahe helped me to improve on my pcos and reverse ahe diabetes. The diets planned were simple and easy to follow and also ahe gave me simple exercises which helped me to improve on my strength and stamina. Ahe explained to me how diet does wonders and it is not advisable to follow crash diets and skip my meals for weight loss. I saw improve in my digestion which helped me to reduce my weight which i could not achieve even after following hourly gym routines. Thank u maam .. She is very friendly and approachable. She doesn't provide any fancy diet, her main funda is no fasting and no feasting.
