Dr Pooja is really good in her profession. Clinic is also well maintained and clean.

I was suffering from muscle spasms at multiple locations spread over my back, shoulder and complete right hand for a. Did a few sittings and everything got fine. Then we discovered that I also had swelling on my tendon under thumb, which was highlighted after all the pains due to spasms had settled, issue with my right hand wrist came up. This treatment took quite more than a week time since it was really severe. And by 5th day I could feel it was getting better.

Dr Pooja is well experienced. I would recommend her for sure.

After my experience of first day treatment, i decided to take the 10 days package and in the 10 days there has been a lot of improvement.

The doctor is calm and efficeint in her work.

I have to visit another city which is why I have to take break and therfore she has guided me to do required exercises very nicely also guided to utilize the theraband.

I hope that with the exercises at home the complete receover takes place, however, if required, I would for sure visit her for more therapy sessions.

I am glad the results of therapy are worth the price and would recommend Dr Pooja.

Dr. Pooja is an excellent physiotherapist, i had a chronic pain in my back since last 1.5 years and i had shown it to multiple orthopaedics and Physiotherapists without any visible improvement.I took around 15 sessions with her and poof my back ache is almost gone, she is very detailed oriented and makes sure she understands everything about the medical condition before treatment, i will easily recommend her to anyone!!

Dr Pooja knows her stuff. She listens, identifies the issue and then treats. I was suffering from cervical and had severe pain in my left hand. Now after 20 days of physio, the pain has subsided ****** ** *** **** ** ** ** I would definitely recommend her anytime, any day. Very much satisfied.

She made it a point to understand what caused the pain and recommended the exercises and therapy to tackle the pain which helped reduce the pain significantly. She also communicated all the benefits and reasons for doing each exercise and the therapy. Very satisfied with the treatment.

I had severe back pain due to which i wasn't able to even sit for hours. When the first day i visited the doctor, she started my physiotherapy sessions thereupon and today is the 9th day (not very long time though right) and my back pain is absolutely gone. I am so much relaxed at the moment. All thanks to dr. Pooja who treated me so well. I would recommend everyone who has back pain, come and get treatment from her. I was suffering from cervical spondylitis and had severe pain in my left hand. I had started feeling a lot relaxed after initial 3-4 sitting and the pain subsided after 15 sitting. Dr. Pooja minutely observed the pain and gave the treatment accordingly. I would highly recommend her for Physiotherapy.

Dr Pooja spend time on investigating the cause and all along the duration of treatment her intent and efforts were to take care of my injury. She is very much paitent centric and uses the latest possible medical technics to treat my illness
