As a licensed physiotherapist with 14 years of experience, I am passionate about helping people improve their mobility and achieve optimal physical function. I believe that physiotherapy is an essential component of health and wellness, and my goal is to provide personalized care to help my patients achieve their goals.I received my Masters Degree in Physiotherapy (MPT) from a reputed institute Jamia Hamdard- Delhi and have completed additional training in Sports Injury from Apollo Hospital. This has equipped me with a diverse range of skills and techniques that I use to create tailored treatment plans for each of my patients.My approach to physiotherapy involves a combination of hands-on manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education. I believe that empowering patients with the knowledge and tools to manage their own health is essential to long-term success.I have experience working with patients of all ages and fitness levels, from athletes recovering from sports injuries to seniors seeking to maintain their independence. My patients appreciate my compassionate and empathetic approach, and I take great pride in helping them achieve their goals and regain their quality of life.When I am not working, I enjoy staying active by doing Yoga & physical activity.
