I had a very good experience with the doctor. They were patient, attentive, and took the time to understand my concerns before suggesting any treatment. The way they explained the diagnosis and treatment options made me feel comfortable and confident. The consultation was not rushed, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout the visit. Overall, it was a positive and reassuring experience.

Highly recommend for anger management support
I started consulting Dr. Manisha a little while ago for anger-related issues, and I must say the experience has been extremely positive and helpful. From the very beginning, she made me feel comfortable and created a safe space where I could speak openly without fear of being judged. That in itself was a big step for me because expressing myself honestly about such a personal challenge had never been easy. Her calm nature and the way she listens patiently made me feel understood, which gave me confidence to continue with the sessions.
Over the course of the four sessions I attended, she guided me with a mix of practical techniques and deeper insights that really made sense in my day-to-day life. Instead of just telling me what I should or shouldn’t do, she helped me understand the triggers behind my anger and taught me methods to channel it in a healthier way. What stood out to me was her ability to explain things in very simple terms and give strategies that I could actually apply immediately in real situations. Even in such a short span, I began to notice changes in the way I reacted to stress or conflict, and that gave me a lot of hope that I was moving in the right direction.
Another thing that I really appreciate is the flexibility she provides. I could meet her physically, but when my schedule got tight, the option of having virtual sessions helped me stay consistent without any break in progress. Honestly, the online sessions felt just as effective as meeting in person, which shows her effort in making sure her patients are comfortable and supported regardless of the mode.
Overall, I would strongly recommend Dr. Manisha to anyone who is dealing with anger, stress, or even just looking for emotional guidance. She is approachable, professional, and truly cares about helping people improve. For me, she has been an excellent guide and support in my journey toward better emotional balance.

This was honestly a disappointing experiences I’ve had with any doctor or counselling service. Dr. Manisha is a very sincere and compassionate doctor. What sets her apart is her approach of healing patients without medicines, focusing instead on therapies, supportive methods, and fostering an optimistic mindset. Her guidance was invaluable during my daughter Class 10th and 12th board examinations, and in every difficult situation she has always been a source of motivation and encouragement. I truly wish that more people get the opportunity to benefit from her care and remain healthy and cheerful always.

Dr. Manisha Singhal has been incredibly supportive and professional in her approach. We first consulted her for my son, Ridhaan, and were truly impressed by how gently and effectively she connected with him. Her calm demeanor, understanding nature, and expert guidance helped Ridhaan open up and make visible progress.
We also reached out to her for my sister, and once again, Dr. Manisha went above and beyond. She listened with compassion, offered the right support, and made a genuine difference in her mental well-being.
Her ability to connect with both children and adults is truly admirable. We are very grateful for her help and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking a kind, skilled, and trustworthy psychologist.

I've visited Dr Manisha two times. During my first session with her, she asked me to explain what was bothering me. I had expected her to make me feel comfortable first because it's hard for me to talk about my feelings and emotions. After all, one of my primary issues is not being able to understand myself. I think because my age is 14, the therapist thought I'd have normal teen girl issues but I think I'm a complicated person who needs a deep diagnosis. Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Unhealthy Cognitive Functioning but I know self-diagnosis is unhealthy so I wanted the doctor to observe me carefully and also give an explanation for my health issues. I would say it was a bit satisfactory anyway because she talked to my parents and they are trying to improve now but there are multiple factors as to why I didn't love the experience. If we talk about the charges, it's unaffordable. My parents and I think that the charges are costly and I'm physically disabled so we also have to pay for my physiotherapy. I know, all of these things could take time. It's a long process so I did think that she will just listen to my problems to analyse me for now but, I have so many negative thoughts that I think I want treatment immediately because, for me, the understanding process is taking too long. Also, I think the kind of advice I'm being given is still based on my age and very general. I started therapy to fight the core of my problems and not distract myself. I've been distracting myself all my life and in between, the past returns every time. It is too hard to deal with and I want to cure myself. In conclusion, I'm still waiting for the therapist to treat me properly instead of just letting me speak all the time. And I would appreciate it if she tries to understand me properly. She seems nice as a person since she helped me calm down when I texted her that I wasn't able to control my negative thoughts. I hope things change a bit and I can heal myself with her help. Things improve every next session.
