My journey with VCC Ayurveda Clinic under the guidance of Dr. Greeshma Thomas has been truly life-changing.

A couple of months ago, I was diagnosed with a 4.6 cm endometrioma along with digestive issues, painful periods.

I followed the prescribed Ayurvedic treatment sincerely for two months. At my recent follow-up , the endometrioma was no longer seen on the ultrasound. While every person’s healing journey is different, this result was incredibly meaningful for me.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Greeshma Thomas. She understood my problem well and provided excellent treatment. The clinic was neat and hygienic, and the staff were friendly and well trained. I was fully satisfied with the treatment.

I have a very serious, treatment-resistant case of ulcerative colitis and I am 32 years old. I have suffered from it for over four years and in that time I have tried all of the treatments offered by “west” medicine. That includes different biological therapies (adalinumab, ustekinumab, vedolizumab), immunosuppressants (azathioprine, tofacitinib), anti-inflamatory drugs(mesalazinum), hormonal steroids (prednisolone, hydrocortisone) and so on. Also, I have been on a constant dose of high amounts of prednisolone for the past 2 years (usually it is given in short tapering treatments lasting 6-12weeks). My next step, suggested by my gastroenterologist was partial removal of my colon. As the “western” medicine has failed me, and I would prefer to keep my colon intact - I understood that I need to look for alternatives. That is how I decided to turn to Ayurveda. I came to India in search of a doctor I could trust and a clinic I would feel comfortable to hand my health to. After some reasearch I found a few places that had potential based on reviews. I went to a couple of them and in the end chose VCC Ayurveda. What stood out was that comparing to other clinics - Dr. Greeshma Thomas, together with her father Dr. A C Thomas really took deep interest in my situation. They started off by doing bloodwork, analyzing my past experience and only after some consideration offered me a personalized treatment plan that was comprized of Ayurvedic pills, extracts, massages, oil therapies and specialized oil and concoction enemas that were constantly amended in relation to the stage of treatment, my state and the way I felt. On top of that these wonderful doctors offered me the possibility to get food prepared in house and I had the honour and privilege to spend two wonderful weeks with them feeling like part of family during lunches, dinners and some breakfasts. During those two weeks I had constant consultations, Dr. Greeshma would also contact me directly to check how I am doing and if I needed anything at all she, her fater and her God-sent mother were always just a message or a call away. Also, whilst it is obviously very early to celebrate, I must say that I do finally feel at least a little bit better, day by day. Bear in mind that my situation has been gradually getting worse for over four years, to the point where I was homebound for months, so for me this is already a monumental achievement that I feel better without taking a new hard chemical drug that has a 6-page side effect list. In conclusion I would describe Dr. Greeshma as a very caring, knowledgeable and professional doctor and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for these traits in the person who they are planning on trusting their health with.

VCC Ayurveda has a very polite , humble and professional ambience the moment you enter.

We visited Dr Greeshma for elevated CRP, high Microalbumin to creatine ratio and rheumatoid suffered by my mother. We were provided with medicines and Panchkarma treatment. After 3 months, complete body test was done and the results came out to be very positive.

Ayurvedic treatment with Dr. A.C. Thomas and Dr. Greeshma Thomas. The detox and Panchakarma treatments were the best l've ever received. After my delivery, I struggled with thyroid issues, PCOS, IBS, sleep disorder, fatty liver and other health problems. The treatment, combined with the right medications, helped resolve these issues and detoxify my body. Choosing this centre was the best decision l've made. All the staffs are super friendly and highly motivated. Bhagya and Kalpana, the two staff girls who took care of my treatment with massages were extremely nice and very patient with me. This kind of environment is what i was expecting so that my entire treatment is taken care of smoothly.

The facility is welcoming, and the doctors are always available to ensure proper treatment.

Atlast what i personally felt was if we as a patient follow the do’s and dont’s exactly how both the doctors have suggested then definately the result is going to be great.

I consulted with the clinic after exhausting all other options for the insulin resistance due to PCOS and a recurring allergic cough post COVID. I had been through allopathy medication, constant antibiotics, fad diets everything. Working out at the gym regularly was leading to nothing.

Like many other ayurveda was my last option, but VCC clinic came recommended by friends who had a very positive experience.

I have been following the treatment process by Dr Greeshma and Dr Thomas for a month “only” and my insulin resistance is gone. And it’s not about just physical weight loss but I have blood reports as proof of this. I am without any thyroid pill with normal range thyroid levels. Periods on time. And energy levels at their very best. I haven’t see my reports this way for over 4 years. I still have a long road ahead to train my body to accept this as it new normal and maintain it life long.

I was passing whitish urine along with blood clots . I was under heavy dose of antibiotics since 6 months. Doctors told me that, i will have to take continues medicines for life long as there is no cure for my disease . since i was passing excessive protein and blood in the urine and my kidneys are weak. one day i discussed my problem with one of my relative, he told me about vcc ayurveda, he told me to meet the doctor there.
