She has extensive experience in supporting women throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period through evidence-based physiotherapy, exercise, breathing techniques, relaxation practices and childbirth education. She is passionate about empowering women with the knowledge and confidence required for a positive pregnancy, labour and postpartum experience.As a certified Lactation Consultant, Dr Ganga Anand provides professional breastfeeding support and counselling to new mothers, helping them establish effective breastfeeding and overcome common breastfeeding challenges. She is also a Childbirth Educator, Prenatal Yoga Instructor and Garbh Sanskar Coach, conducting structured sessions on pregnancy wellness, labour preparation, Lamaze breathing, relaxation, postpartum recovery, breastfeeding and newborn care.
