I visited Dr jyoti for anxiety and depression with which i was suffering for last 3 years.

First of all she gave sufficient time to find out the cause of my depression in counselling and gave me natural methods to overcome my fears and anxiety.

She also helped me in yoga on regular basis. and guided me asanas as per my medical condition.

The best part of her treatment is her friendliness and dedication to make sure that patient get relief from his medical problems.

Dr divya is a good yoga trainer, she tries to understand the health issue first then suggests appropriate asanas. She takes good care of patients capabilities and make you at ease while teaching yoga poses. She tries to accommodate all possible health issues in her sessions.

I really had a very good experience with Dr. Jyoti. She is very friendly and intelligent doctor with a positive attitude. My counseling experience with her was really good, she gave me a sufficient amount of time to understand the problem and then explained to me how to deal and tackle with the problem calmly and with a positive attitude. What I like most about her that she tries to understand the problem to the core and then give a solution based on her enriched experience.My main problem was dealing with stress and anxiety and after meeting her my condition improved drastically by implementing the techniques that she advised me. I really want to thank her for instilling a positive attitude and making me learn techniques to deal with my stress-related concerns.
