What I really appreciate about ayushika maam's session is how she brought a creative approach on how to navigate the things I brought up in the session. And went with my strengths and past experiences (like the way I like visual art) and combined it with her approach. It was a very transcending and insightful session for me. Our bodies are wonderful and your sessions encourages me to tune in with my body more !
