After getting all details of my everyday eating habits, timmings, food I like and dislike, my body stats, she gave a healthy diet plan, following and consuming which was full of enerygy which keeps me active throughout the day!

Hi, today I am going to share the first 45 days of my journey towards the weight loss program with Dietician Arti Kalra.
