She is very friendly with kids , my son actually looks forward to meet her on our dental checkups.

We went to MFD clinic trusting MFD name. Dr. Zohra could not deal with my child. My daughter was so afraid, that she vomited. Dr. Zohra charged us for the visit and we took another appointment, 2nd time, she forcefully did the RCT* ** *** ******** * my daughter held still by my hubby, 2 assistants and me - and still Dr. Zohra managed to wound her inner cheek! Imagine this happening to your 3yrd old daughter! We were sent back home with antibiotics and pain killers after being charged for teh complete RCT ***** *** ***** ***** *** **** ******** After the wound healed, Dr. Zohra was not available for a week. Then finally when she came back, we changed doctors. And when we asked for refund as RCT was never performed - Dr. Zohra started shouting at me over the phone!
And with this new dentist, the treatment was done without even a mouth block. ***** *** *********** *** ***** ** ** ******** ***** Beware all please.

Pediatric dentistry is a challenging branch and treating a small kid needs a lot of patience and cooperation both from the parents and a dentist. Small child are very sensitive to things put in their mouth and its common that they vomit as a response to even a mild stimulus.RCT is a technique sensitive procedure and involves use of multiple instruments and equipments.It was unfortunate that while I was using my drill she moved her head and got injured on her cheek mucosa.
I remember that when MFD centre people told me that you are not willing to continue the treatment I personally called you several times but you didn't respond and even disconnected my call.
Regarding the refund of your amount, it was MFD company's policy not to refund any charges tajen already , which was mentioned in the consent form they made you fill before the treatment.If the treatment was undergone at my clinic I would have definitely refunded your amount.
