* I Do Not Recommend This Doctor * **** ********* *** Important Concerns Not Addressed

I visited Dr. Vimal Upreti at his clinic on 6 August. He advised investigations, but the initial evaluation did not adequately address an important concern that was later identified in the report. ** *********** *** *********** ************* *** *** ******* ********** *** *** *** ******** ***** *** ************ ******* ** ** ** *** ******** *** ***** ***********

After receiving the report, I wanted to discuss the findings with the doctor and understand which tests need to be repeated, when they should be repeated, and what the next step should be.

Unfortunately, the clinic does not provide any direct way to contact the doctor. Every time, I had to call the clinic/receptionist. Despite multiple follow-ups, I was repeatedly told that the staff would ask the doctor and get back to me, but no clear or conclusive response was provided.

Even after several follow-ups, I was unable to discuss the report and the important findings directly with the doctor.

I found this experience very ************** *** disappointing, particularly when dealing with potentially significant findings where timely clarification and proper follow-up are important.

The fact that an important concern was not addressed initially, ******** ** *** **** ** ****** ************* ***** *** ******* *** **** ** ********* *************

A doctor should not only prescribe tests and medicines but also take responsibility for reviewing significant findings and guiding the patient on the next steps. Unfortunately, I did not receive that level of care or communication here.

I took my senior citizen relatives (my Bua and Fufaji) to Dr. Vimal Upreti on 3rd Feb. He prescribed medicines but completely missed addressing my Bua’s high TSH levels, which I discovered on 6th Feb from her reports. When I immediately reached out to the clinic, *** ***** ***** ****** **** **** * ******* ***** ******* After I shared the reports and prescription, they assured me the doctor would call on 7th morning. No call ever came. When I followed up again, the clinic staff kept repeating “doctor is busy” ***** * *** **** ******* **** ********** ******* ********** *** ********
