I am 28 years old male working in IT industry(desk job). For more than 2 years I was suffering from lower backpain(L4-L5 minor disc bulge) as per MRI scan report and during these 2 years my life changed from beautiful to very bad and depressing. I had spent more than a lakh rupees during these 2 years of treatments. Finally after multiple treatments at different places my pain reduced but still disturbed me a lot on daily basis.

I arrived at the emergency on Friday, as a patient with severe back pain. I was groaning in pain. But my medical problem was managed professionally to my utmost satisfaction. I went to Suchita suffering from severe back pain and muscle sprain in lower back. Medicines was not working for my pain. Then I went to Suchita. It took me about 10/11 sessions to get completely cured. She treated me with heat therapy, cupping, exercises and took a lot of personal care, catered to my schedule and gave extra sessions when I required to travel so that I can continue without a session for a day or two. I would recommend her to anyone suffering from any ortho issue. She knows what she is doing and has a personal touch and care for every patient which would cure half of your disease anxiety.

Dr. Suchita is an amazing physiotherapist, she didn't just put me up on the machines in the beginning only without letting me know what the problem was like many physiotherapists do but gave me proper logical explanation and reasoning to my pain. Her methods are bent more towards practical exercises than treating the pain with machinery; which I found more appropriate an approach.

With my back/Neck pain I didn't expect the results to show up that much quickly but it eventually did.

Dr. Suchita didn't just stick to the basic reasoning for the pain but also told me many more things regarding my poor posture and other things which I had never noticed and because of that I would definitely love to recommend her to more people.
