It was a great experience. I don't have words to explain level of my joy. I have been struggling for last one year to lose weight. I tried everything ranging from running, staying hungry, skipping dinner, stopped consuming sugar and much more but nothing really worked. I hardly could loose half kg but that would reappear if i stop following one thing. This was like torture. I used to feel very low and depressed all time because i was stuck that what else can i do. Finally i decided to meet dr shweta. When she prepared diet chart for me i was confused that how can it reduce my weight. Her diet chart was good, filling. It didn't suggest me to stay hungry. Infact it was like pleasure for me. I was eating more than earlier now. She gave a practical diet chart which is easy to follow.
