It was a great experience. I don't have words to explain level of my joy. I have been struggling for last one year to lose weight. I tried everything ranging from running, staying hungry, skipping dinner, stopped consuming sugar and much more but nothing really worked. I hardly could loose half kg but that would reappear if i stop following one thing. This was like torture. I used to feel very low and depressed all time because i was stuck that what else can i do. Finally i decided to meet dr shweta. When she prepared diet chart for me i was confused that how can it reduce my weight. Her diet chart was good, filling. It didn't suggest me to stay hungry. Infact it was like pleasure for me. I was eating more than earlier now. She gave a practical diet chart which is easy to follow. She didn't just say that stop consuming sugar instead she asked me to have one table spoon sugar in a day which is quite practical.

It has been more than 10 months since I first went to meet Dr. Shweta in her clinic and right now I am way below the target weight I set for myself at that time but still I consult her regularly and am inspired to get healthier each day. All credit goes to her and she is like family now. Weight management is not just about weight loss or eating healthy. Its an emotional journey with ups and downs and you need someone to guide you and inspire you.

Not great, she didn't really answer my questions and gave extremely generic advice which I pretty much knew. 500 bucks wasted for no reason. Maybe I chose the wrong doctor.
