Dr. Shraddha Chauhan is a PhD in nutrition from the University of Delhi and a gold medalist (M.Sc.) with a career history in academic and nutrition research. During her doctorate degree, she has worked extensively towards effective management of cholesterol, blood pressure and weight issues through therapeutic lifestyle changes. Her work in this regard has been recognized and awarded by the Nutrition Society of India in 2016. She provides nutrition therapy through personalized comprehensive diet plans and detailed counseling based on in-depth assessment of underlying issues. Her area of expertise is weight loss and lifestyle diseases such as hypertension, high cholesterol, diabetes, PCOS, hypothroidism etc. She is a certified diabetes educator (CDE) from Max hospital, Saket and has a certificate in Evidence based optimal Nutrition by Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, USA. Her USP is compassionate case study of her patients and rigorous follow-ups to yield results.
Being an Indian vegetarian PCOD patient in Australia, I was struggling to find an easy to follow diet plan that could help me maintain my weight. I work full time and hardly get any time to cook my food. Then, I met Dr. Shraddha on Facebook through a mutual friend. She prepared personalised, easy to follow menu for me every week and kept a track on a daily basis. She also suggested a few healthy take away options when cooking wasn’t possible. I was also able to reduce my chronic IBS issues which was the greatest benefit of following her plan.

I consulted Dr. Shraddha to help me with my diet and fitness. On my first consultation with her, she understood in depth my lifestyle, eating habits and also observed my daily routine And subsequently gave me a diet plan for the following 4 weeks. I was able to follow the plan quite smoothly, since whatever she suggested could be easily cooked at home. The meals were filling and tasted well too. Dr Shraddha is very detailed in her analysis and guidance. She takes enough pains to take regular feedback and checkup on the progress. She is quite flexible in prescribing diets as per your liking, so that it doesn't become mundane. She has helped me during tough times and I wish her all the best!!

She just not helped me in reducing weight but in many other ways also. I am happy person who loves herself now, which I was not when I visited her in Jan’20.
I had lost all the hope when my various ways to reduce weight went in vain. But Dr. Shraddha changed it all with her expertise, advice and customised meal plans and I was able to reduce approximately 12 kgs of weight.
But our biggest achievement was when my Blood Pressure medicine stopped completely which I was taking since long time. I always had very painful menstrual cycle, that pain also vanished as my weight reduced.
Dr. Shraddha will customised meal plans as per my Likes and dislikes. Her meal plans are very practical to follow and are very affordable too. Unlike others she never put me on crash diets and fancy food items.She would also give alternatives whenever I asked for.
She believes in hard work and made me follow her plans by keeping a constant check. As per her there is no magic portion for weight loss, balanced diet and workout is the only method.
Dr. Shraddha made me realise that following a healthy regime with proper timings is utter most important. She was a great mentor to me throughout my journey of approx an year with her. She always listened to my problems and struggles and always suggested a way out.
I am quite confident that I would be able to follow a healthy and balanced lifestyle which I have learned from her.
Please go to her if you have a mental block about your condition. She has the experience, knowledge, and more importantly empathy that will provide you with the similar energy to be gentle with yourself and eventually heal from thereon. She is diligent with making sure that you slowly learn to take care of yourself on your own and not depend on others for guidance when it comes to diet in the longer run. I worked with her for almost 2 months and it was enough for me to have better digestion, energy levels and motivation to look at my diet and lifestyle with more clarity.
The diet plan provided by her for my gestational diabetes has been very helpful in making me my blood sugar in normal range. Also she responses very quickly even for smallest doubt. Much Recommended.
The words like Amazing, Wonderful are not enough to describe my experience with Dr Shraddha Chauhan. She is too good in her consultation and strict with her follow-up on daily basis.
My consultation started with her around 26th March and it’s being an awesome journey in my weight reduction and overall benefit in body metabolism. I started when my weight was around 81 Kgs and at present I am at 74Kgs.
She has a thorough knowledge of the subject. She follows -up on a daily basis and catches you if you even tweak a little from her plan. She guides you, motivates you. The plan was simple to follow with few instructions regarding the time of meal and the portion of the meal. Also she guided me to have a healthy lifestyle by pushing me to have a regular exercise regimen.
It was her persuasion and guide which helped me break away from my old bad eating habits with no exercise at all.
Doctor is very friendly and heard our concerns/open questions very patiently. Addressed those questions in a very polite and meaningful way. She is a very knowledgeable doctor with in-depth information about the right way to do things.
There was a detailed diet plan shared after a week of observations about the daily routine of the patient, which somewhat fell in-line with the wake-sleep hours of the patient. This made the overall process very sensible.
Even after the consultation, doctor was in continuous touch if the diet plan was being followed or not.
Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend to visit if you're looking for a diet chart that's doable :)
Very few doctors talk to you patiently in order to understand your problem. Dr. Shraddha is one of them. She had a thorough counselling session with me. The best part was that the diet plan she gave me was totally according to my taste and the food I like.
She never forced or restricted me to have something. I am rigorously following her plan since last 20 days and have lost around 4kgs just by eating healthy. Her mantra is to eat healthy and weight loss will happen slowly and gradually.
