I’ve visited Dr. Shivangi twice now, and I can confidently say she is one of the most professional, ************** and compassionate doctors I’ve ever come across.

My first visit was last year for a facial allergy, and her diagnosis and treatment were spot-on. The allergy cleared up completely thanks to her timely intervention and expertise.

I visited her again recently after experiencing a serious skin reaction caused by another doctor’s reckless treatment. When I explained my situation, Dr. Shivangi immediately understood the severity of the issue and recommended a proper recovery plan with care and concern. It’s still early to judge the new treatment results, but I truly appreciate how calm, honest, and considerate she is while handling patients. She doesn’t rush through appointments, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being.

She is amazing; she knows her job perfectly. She is very kind. She listens and understands the problem very well. I had suffered from acne, acne marks, and hyperpigmentation for over 2 years. I had always been skeptical about dermatologists, but she proved me wrong. She helped me fix all of it. I am so thankful to her🙏. The treatment, medicines, and everything are actually fairly priced and not very expensive at all - trust me when I say this. You can definitely go to her for any of your dermatological needs. Also, along with Dr. Shivangi, every staff member is very sweet. Thank you to all. 🙏🌷

It was my first visit to the clinic. Consulted Dr Shivangi. She listened to me patiently . Will use her products and will share my reviews later. But one thing I didn't like was the tax amount which was taken from me without my knowledge from the medicine shop which is part of the clinic only. I paid consultation and bought creams worth 3700. My bill when I asked was 3200 for products. but I was charged more than 3700 because of taxes which were levied on me without my knowledge. They should have informed me that extra tax would be levied. I would have bought it from somewhere else,Would have got discount. Sharing so that you choose where you want to buy your creams or serums from.

Spent ₹12,000 here with no results—disappointing experience!

I visited this clinic twice for pimples and an allergy that caused swelling on my face, hands, and legs. Each visit cost me ₹5,000, and I was prescribed a two-month course, totaling ₹12,000. Despite following the treatment, I saw no improvement.

Additionally, one of the prescribed medicines was too large for me to swallow. When I requested a replacement, they simply gave me a 'trick' to take it instead of addressing my concern. Overall, my experience was disappointing, with high costs but no results."

I paid Rs. 4000 for the session and was given a long prescription costing another Rs. 4-5k, even though I am already on medication. Overall, the experience was costly and disappointing, so I would not recommend Dr. Shivangi.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Shivangi Singh. I underwent treatment for scars and active acne. Scars become so prominent in my face due to years of neglecting. I was facing acne problems since 10+ years, and consulted many doctors, done so much medication, tried different things to get rid of it, but it was all short time. Finally it started back to normal. Friendly support stuff. I can see visible results from very first session. She suggested me some medicine and treatment, i taken both. My experience is so wonderful the results are absolutely amazing and I can say it was a best decision for me to came here. I am sincerely thankful to Dr. Shivangi.
