hello everyone each and every point of this false feedback is explained below ---- first i want to tell u all that its upper right half decayed and buccally placed tooth (wisdom tooth) placed very posteriorly and there is very less accessibility and visibility... it cant be removed normally we have to go for surgical extraction (cutting of mucosa and bone after that we have to give sutures) nobody on this earth can do that without surgical intervention... and surgical extraction is always charged higher than the normal extraction due to its complexity. now ill discuss each point - 1# dr is in kind of hurry -- i had done radiograph and also show this teeth to him on on big TV screen by intraoral camera and i told him all possibilities from a to z that why we have to go for surgical extraction why it cant be removed normally... and i closed my clinic 1 hour late due to his treatment and even after that this creep person saying that im in hurry..... 2# took 1 hr becoz the teeth was very strong -- some time surgery takes hrs of time u cant say that its going to be in 1 mint or in 1 or 2 hrs and its a difficult case with all non favorable condition.... its decayed , impacted and buccally placed… so it will take time for sure 3# made lots of cut -- what else anyone do in surgical case???... we have to cut ur mucosa and bone in order to get access to the teeth... if u want i will do some magic and teeth will come out by himself its not going to happen... 4# its 4th day and pain is still there -- then why ??????? u didn't call / contact me i can change the medicine or i can prescribe u some strong painkiller.... or i can check for any sign of infection or any dry socket or any other pathology.... if u dont properly maintain ur oral hygiene its very nrml to get the wound infected. its normally take 7 to 15 days for healing some times even more.... 5# drs only solution is to extract the tooth in every case -- how many times u have visited me (only 1 time) so that u concluded that for every tooth i go for EXTRATION EVERY TIME ??????? can u plz explain?????? and nobody forced u to go for treatment... ill never force my any patient to go for treatment i just check them and tell each and every thing to them and then let them decide that they want to go for treatment or not.... its just u and u only who want it to be removed on same day... in ur case what u expect me to do in a decayed, painful , hard to reach (placed deep inside the mouth), impacted 3rd molar (wisdom tooth) and that also erupted bucally ..... plz go and ask any good dr that what he can do in this case.... every one go for extraction of tooth... there is no other way... 6# be careful from the dr -- yes be careful from me if u want any black magic to be done by me on ur tooth... im a dr I cant do some magic trick and the teeth is cured by himself. ill only do those things that is best possible according to my dental profession... now plz any one tell whats my fault... ill tell u… that I treated a wrong guy in a right way...
