Dr Saurabh is very friendly & humble person. I visited him twice for my son neck pain. He treated him with utmost care and also advice him few exercises to get ride of this pain completely. He also has a very friendly and cooperative staff.

I highly recommend him for any type of physiotherapy treatment.

I had a pain in my right hip due to an accident in Gym while doing deadlift exercise. I tried medicines and visited orthopedic but didn't get much relief. Finally, I met Dr Saurabh at their Physio Clinik and they recommended Chiropractice. I felt so much relief after 3 session that I couldn't get in 6 months with medicines. During first session itself Dr. Saurabh managed to recognise exact location of pain and started treating it. He even thoroughly asked whole day to day schedule and suggested some lifestyle improvements such as sleeping position, mattress and pillow quality, some daily 10 mins hip stretching execrices which helped. My pain is almost gone. One important info for everybody, Chiropractice will help you up to 80%-90%. rest it depends on lifestyle improvements in which Dr. Saurabh will also help you.

I do not recommend Dr. Saurabh Gupta based on my experience.

I had this lower back pain issue since weeks and did an MRI and health check-up to figure out the problem. On consulting a Neurologist, he suggested to go for physiotherapy and that’s when we approached Dr. Saurabh Gupta by checking reviews and feedback on Practo. I recall visiting Dr. Saurabh Gupta clinic on 16th May with all my MRI and other reports. We explained the problem and he mentioned that it will require 10 days of physio session and would resolve the problem. I went for 3 days and on all the 3 days of the session, he used to just perform electrotherapy on my pain areas for 20-25 mins which would increase the pain. Wherever I say I have pain in those areas, he used to put electric currents and that’s it. On day 3 out of severe pain, I asked him that has he really understood the problem to which he mentioned that we will figure it out in some days.

I was shocked and surprise as I thought he understood the problem when we consulted him but then, he was still analyzing as to why this lower back pain. I could not resist the pain anymore and decided to stop taking further sessions with him. I am sharing my experience to summarize that Doctor should be very transparent and clear in communication as patient comes to him/her with a hope to recover and putting so much of hard-earned money, trusting doctor, and giving time as per his availability. ****** ****** **** * **** ** ** *** *** *********** *** *** **** **** *********

Dr. Saurabh Gupta makes you feel comfortable so you can express your concerns. He is focused and to the point, and his explanations are clear. The clinic environment was good, and the wait time was fine. I felt the consultation was worth the fee.
