I am Neha Gupta. I am from Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan. My teeth were not in good shape, so for a better look, I decided to get them aligned properly. My bad luck that my hometown doctor even worsened the case by pulling out the teeth that were not required to be taken out. I thought he was an expert and knew what he was doing, but I was wrong. It had been 2 years but the treatment was nowhere near to completion.Then I moved to Noida, and for the remaining treatment, I visited orthodontists, and after looking at the worsened condition, multiple doctors denied to handle the case. I was nervous, having wires in my mouth and no doctor wanting to treat it further. Then Dr. Rupali confidently took my case and gave me courage. I could see her confidence and experience even in the first appointment itself. It took her just one year to clear the mess my old dentist made, to finish my treatment and give me a beautiful look.She was the greatest doctor I've ever met. Hundred percent professional yet friendly, ms. perfectionist. While my old doctor had sessions of 90-120 mins (torture), Dr. Rupali's sessions were 10-15 mins only. Thanks to her I love my teeth and my face once again. I recommend her to everyone.
