I liked the ambience of the clinik. All including Dr was cordial. Well explained the problem I was facing.

Hi All,Dr Ritu helped me in getting over with SEI (Subepithelial Infiltrated), caused due to EKC in UK.I visited her during my visit to India in May19. She knows the latest medicine in market and in practice and is clear in her thought. I was really afraid with this disease but today due to her medicine I am able to see properly. The wait time was painfully high. Waited for over an hour for the preliminary check up by the doctor’s junior, inspite of having booked for a prior appointment on practo. It is so misleading that though the appointment was booked for consultation with doc Ritu Aurora, yet neither she saw me, spoke with me nor diagnosed and advised me on my problem. Instead, I was attended by a junior doctor. It’s quite misleading and unprofessional. She should not take bookings if she cannot advise/diagnose the patient and make some junior do it. The junior, though seemed ok with the diagnosis, but the booking should’ve been made in the juniors name and not doc Ritu Aurora if she cannot check. Highly disappointing and due to this, I find it too overpriced for such a bad experience.

Extremely poor service. First the appointment takes surprisingly long more than 3 hrs, the optician is not well trained and the staff is really not trained.

The doctors are also not good *** **** ** *** **** ******* *********

The visit is completed in multiple visits and that too at odd timings.

Not recommended. Instead one should visit some private doctor.

Even the complete eye vision centre has no professionalism towards patients.

We consulted Dr. Ritu Aurora for my 89 years old father’s cataract surgery in both eyes. We had a great experience as the doctor and the staff took the time to explain everything and didn’t rush us. The doctor is very experienced and highly competent. The outcome of the surgery was positive and we are very happy that we chose Dr. Ritu Aurora. Highly recommended!

*** ****** ** ****** ***** ****** *** ************** The equipment used is latest and have a nice professional setup. Wait time is the only issue. I had an appointment at 3pm but was attended around 4pm. So the appointment it seems guarantee you an entry but wait time can be more.

All in all a good experience. Strongly recommend.

The experience of the whole hospital was really good. I was scared of visiting because of covid but the hospital is really good, very well managed, cleaned (even the equipments) at frequent intervals of time, also social distancing is being followed. Staffs are friendly, cordial and understanding. The doctor was pretty senior and knew her work well. We were pretty satisfied.
