Visited For Eye Checkup - General
They kept me waiting for almost 3 hours just for a routine eye check up * **** **** ******* **** *** ***** ***** *** ***** **** ** ******* *** ******* ****** * *** ****** *** **** **** * ********** ******** * no proper information * **** ************ after 3 hours also i was not given my final numbers which needs to be used for making eyes spectacles, they ask me to visit again *** **** ******** ****** * ******** *********** i would not recommend this eye clinic to anyone
The wait time was painfully high. Waited for over an hour for the preliminary check up by the doctor’s junior, inspite of having booked for a prior appointment on practo. It is so misleading that though the appointment was booked for consultation with doc Ritu Aurora, yet neither she saw me, spoke with me nor diagnosed and advised me on my problem. Instead, I was attended by a junior doctor. It’s quite misleading and unprofessional. She should not take bookings if she cannot advise/diagnose the patient and make some junior do it. The junior, though seemed ok with the diagnosis, but the booking should’ve been made in the juniors name and not doc Ritu Aurora if she cannot check. Highly disappointing and due to this, I find it too overpriced for such a bad experience.
