I would like to share my experience with Doctor Gupta. I broke my shoulder while playing cricket on 10th December and it was Sunday. I rushed to my home and called my wife to book the appointment with nearest doctor. I was in excruciating pain as I couldn't bear it. My wife called Doctor Gupta's Jyraj clinic which is nearest from my place. Doctor Gupta picked the call, my wife explained my pain and condition to him. I would like to emphasize here that Doctor Gupta is so kind and humble that on Sunday he was going somewhere with his family to spend family time. But after my wife's call, he immediately left the place with his family to treat me. He thoroughly checked me, did x-ray of the shoulder and gave few medicines to control my pain. After examining the x-ray, he told us that there could be possibility of fracture (unsure) but first he would try to heal the pain with medicines as MRI would be expensive. He didn't emphasize on various tests in the first meeting. After one week, when we again consulted the doctor as I was not getting relief then he told us to get the MRI done to investigate further. Since the fracture was minor and non displaced, so it couldn't get captured in the X-Ray but Doctor Gupta hinted us already about this that there could be possibility of fracture if pain didn't slow down. After MRI and with his medicines , now I am perfectly fine. I am extremely thankful to Doctor Gupta for the gesture that he showed to us when I was in extreme pain. He made himself available for his patient during difficult time and treated me with patience and care. I am extremely happy with the methods and process that he follows to treat his patients.

In August, I took my wife to see Dr. Rajesh for persistent knee pain that had been worsening over the past year. From the moment we met him, we were impressed by his friendly and professional demeanour. My wife had been experiencing knee pain for over a year, but it became unbearable in July. As newcomers to Noida, we searched for a reputable orthopaedic doctor in the area and were fortunate enough to find Dr. Rajesh. He spoke to us, understood our problem, and then did Xray to understand if there was anything serious about it. As the XRAY was normal, he prescribed some vitamins and advised some exercises as my wife age is still 28 so there was no reason to believe that there could be something serious about her pain (though her vitamins level are generally low and sometime overexertion in day to day life could have led to the pain). After 1 month, as asked, we went again to Dr Rajesh. The pain was still there so he suggested MRI to dig more into the root cause. I want to highlight here that if it would not have been Dr Rajesh, other doctors would have straightaway suggested MRI and lots of tests, but Dr Rajesh wanted to follow the correct process. He never rushed or pressured us to make a decision, and always made sure that we were comfortable and informed. When the MRI revealed a complex meniscus tear and signs of an ACL tear, Dr. Rajesh carefully explained our options for treatment and never pressured us to make a decision. He informed that only way to solve this was a Surgery. Again, he never rushed into it and said that it can be done within 3 months but recommended us to do immediately as the tear was complex and if not treated soon, might lead to other complications.I regularly visited Dr Rajesh in between as I did not have any insurance for my wife. He went out of his way and suggested all the options that was available in nearby hospitals available within my budget. After considering our options and seeking second opinions from other doctors (as I have few friends who have well known doctors in their circle), we ultimately decided to have surgery by Dr. Rajesh because of his knowledge and my experience with him so far. I wanted the best facility for the surgery because it was not an easy one and required best facilities and the best doctor so opted for Jaypee hospital Noida.Dr. Rajesh went above and beyond to ensure that my wife was comfortable and well-informed throughout the process. To my surprise, on the day of the surgery, Dr. Rajesh arrived at the hospital early to complete all necessary paperwork and made sure my wife was comfortable before the procedure and visited us regularly before and after the surgery to check on her progress.During the surgery, he explained each step to my wife and showed her the progress on the screen. While he was able to successfully repair one of the meniscus, the other was in such poor condition that it had to be removed though as my wife told me that he tried his level best to repair the other one as well. Despite this, he did everything he could to ensure a successful surgery and provided clear post-surgery instructions to help my wife recover as quickly as possible.Despite the complexity of the tear, the surgery was a success. Since the surgery, my wife has been undergoing physiotherapy and has made great progress. She is now able to walk again, and we expect a full recovery within the next month. We are grateful to have found such a compassionate and skilled doctor who puts the well-being of his patients first.Overall, we have had a great experience with Dr. Rajesh and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of medical care.
