Ms. Pragati Goyal

Ms. Pragati Goyal is an RCI registered Clinical Psychologist. Her academic experience of 7 years and field experience of almost 3 years provides her with unique insights into the care of her patients. She has done Master's in Psychology from prestigious Delhi University and M.Phil in clinical Psychology from ABVIMS & Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi. Her approach toward therapy drives from the belief that everyone has untapped potential to deal with the most unimaginable. Therapy helps in finding the way towards most effectively using their inner resources to develop self-awareness, to inculcate self-acceptance, to take more informed choices/decisions in life and to create paths to lives they want. She believes that therapy assists in providing the unique experience of untangling the aspects of self, which have been holding us back. Her experience in the field has taught her that even though we might not be able to change the situation, power always lies in transformation. She believes in tailoring treatment according to each individual need and providing them with the best quality care. She understands that no single approach is the right fit for each individual, and so she has been trained in a range of modalities including Mindfulness-based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Family therapy and Behavioral therapy.
