Poonam enjoys working with patients of all ages and backgrounds but has a particular interest in musculoskeltal physiotherapy, cervical pains and women's health. She has completed her masters in sports physiotherapy so she is passionate about helping athletes of all levels achieve their goals. She has an interest in all sports, and has worked with badminton team during YONEX championship, including voluntary work in various sport complexes of New Delhi.She believes in treating the root cause of a disease so as to prevent its recurrence so she has a clean hand in manual therapy and is a certified manual therapist. She also has a good hand in cupping therapy and dry needling.

Before visiting pysiocircle I visited other physio clinic too but no avail . Then I read about Dr Poonam . Dr Poonam is very supportive she first listen patents problem and then explain the issue and remedy . In 3 weeeks exercise at her clinic my pain is almost gone . Thank you Dr Poonam .
