Dr. Manu Tiwari

Dr. Manu Tiwari is a practicing consultant in Psychiatry. He has completed his MBBS training from Maharashtra and finished his post graduation in Psychiatry as a top ranker from prestigious Mumbai University. He has also conducted international clinical trials in Adolescent Schizophrenia and Depression. Dr. Tiwari has also received international certification for MINI, HAM-D and MADRS rating scales. He is a life member of Indian Psychiatric Society and has attended and presented scientific papers in various conferences at zonal and national levels. He also has published them in leading National journals.Dr. Tiwari has participated and received the certificate for his honorary services in the wake of the 26 July 2005 flooding at Mumbai. He has also been an instrumental member in getting ISO 9001-2000 certificate for Department of Psychiatry, TN Medical College, Mumbai while he was working there.Dr. Tiwari has been a Senior Resident and then Chief Registrar in School Mental Health Clinic in BYL Nair Hospital, Mumbai both at a hospital and in community school levels. He has focussed his energies on the various Psychological and Psychiatric problems faced by adolescents and continues to work in this field where help is much needed and less available.He was invited to speak as faculty In ASCON International Peer Counseling Workshop held in New Delhi, Oct 2009.
