I went to see Dr. Mahendra and Venkatesh for my 8.2 mm kidney stone, which was causing kidney swelling. They inserted a stent, removed it a month later, and assured me everything was fine. However, a week later, I experienced pain and insisted on a CECT UROGRAPHY after an unclear ultrasound. The test revealed several 2.5 mm stones and a stricture in the ureter.

Confronting Dr. Mahendra about this, he callously dismissed the issue. Doctor explained everything very clearly and advised to plan the surgery through Practo. I paid 2000 as Practo asked and got the date as 20June23 in SRS hospital Noida. 2 days before the surgery they said your doctor has now changed, for which I said okay. 1 day before the surgery they said your hospital also need to be changed. I didn't accept it and asked to cancel the surgery. They said as you're cancelling the surgery we will not refund the amount. Really? very very unprofessional. Before 20 June 3-4 practo person called me multiple times and asked the same information, even when I provided the same information to all. Do not opt Practo please. Visit the doctor personally.

He is a very polite and very approachable doctor. You will just feel right away that you can trust him. Solved my problem the same day with the right guidance. Thank you Doc 😊
