Dr. Ekta ma’am has been an incredible blessing in our journey towards parenthood. When we conceived our second child, we had just moved to this city and had no references or contacts whatsoever. We therefore undertook extensive research, reviewing ratings and feedback across multiple platforms, and prepared a shortlist of doctors—at the very top of which was Dr. Ekta.

From our very first consultation, we were confident that Dr. Ekta was the right physician to guide us through this journey and help us welcome our little miracle. While her qualifications and professional achievements speak volumes about her competence and expertise as a medical practitioner, we would particularly like to highlight her exceptional qualities as a compassionate and empathetic human being.

Given my history of PIH in previous pregnancy, I was prescribed Ecosprin. Like many others, we initially had reservations; however, Dr. Ekta patiently explained the medical rationale and benefits of the medication. Her guidance proved invaluable, as my blood pressure remained stable throughout the pregnancy until delivery.

On the day of my delivery, despite experiencing discomfort herself due to an injury, Dr. Ekta did not allow the pain to reflect in the accuracy and precision of the surgery and was offering reassurance and support as the procedure progressed. I will always remember the warmth and comfort she conveyed after the surgery. She also followed up personally to check on my recovery and reassured us that she was always available should any concern arise.

We would also like to express our appreciation for the staff at Dr. Ekta’s clinic, who provided consistent support with appointment scheduling, coordination of scans and blood work, immunizations, and timely assistance whenever required. The positivity and serenity maintained at the clinic, along with its high standards of cleanliness and state-of-the-art equipment, are truly commendable.

My journey of normal delivery was truly a mix of emotions—hope, fear, strength, pain, and finally overwhelming happiness. Like any mother, I had my own share of ups and downs throughout pregnancy, and when labor started, the pain felt unbearable at times. There were moments when I doubted myself and felt completely exhausted, both physically and emotionally.

What made this journey possible was the constant guidance and encouragement from Ekta mam, along with the effort I consciously put into preparing my body. She honestly prepared me for the reality of normal delivery and guided me patiently through butterfly exercises, squats, and sitting on the floor for long hours (almost 8 hours daily). I followed these exercises sincerely and also maintained a supportive diet, including papaya and pineapple, as advised.

I truly believe that the effort I put into exercises and diet helped my body respond well during labor, which also made it easier for my doctor to confidently guide me through a normal vaginal birth. During labor, when the pain felt overwhelming, her calm words, belief in me, and constant motivation gave me the courage to keep going. She never rushed the process and kept encouraging me to trust my body.

In the end, all the pain faded the moment I held my baby, and I realized that this beautiful journey of normal delivery was possible because of the perfect balance between me and ekta mam expert guidance and the effort I put in throughout pregnancy.

Our pregnancy was not easy. There was a real risk of preterm delivery as early as the 26th week, and I had to undergo surgery to prevent that. Those were very stressful months for us, but Dr. Ekta stood by us throughout. She reassured us constantly, checked in on my health, and was always available for our questions — even early in the morning around 6 a.m., which meant a lot during such an anxious time.

She was firm and strict when it was medically necessary (and i am grateful!) and later, When it was medically possible, she allowed me more freedom and helped me feel normal and less restricted, which made a huge difference mentally.

Because of her guidance and support, I was able to carry my pregnancy safely till the 39th week. What touched us even more was that despite having a fracture just before my C-section, she still came to the hospital to do my surgery.
