The way she speaks—soft, warm, and reassuring—naturally removes anxiety and builds trust.All our scans were done with radiologist Dr. Ashish, whom she recommended, and every scan was performed with precision and clarity. This gave us enormous confidence as first-time parents.As we entered the last phase of the final trimester, Dr. Ekta became even more attentive. She personally monitored every discomfort and symptom I faced, especially when my blood pressure suddenly rose after the 37th week. Understanding the risk, she advised hospitalization at Cloudnine, where she is a senior doctor.I had expressed my strong wish for a normal delivery, even though it is becoming increasingly rare these days. Dr. Ekta never discouraged me. Instead, she explained every aspect of both normal and C-section deliveries with complete transparency. Her clarity gave us the confidence to stay committed to the process.I was admitted around 3 PM, and labour was induced. But for almost 12 hours, I did not feel any pain at all. Despite the long duration, Dr. Ekta stayed continuously involved through the stationed nurses and regular updates, and she kept guiding us with her calm confidence. Her dedication was truly remarkable.Seeing that my body wasn’t responding even after so many hours, she identified the psychological block that was delaying the process. With incredible patience, she gave me a calm and powerful counselling session—asking me to release all fears, stop overthinking, and simply focus on our baby. She made me understand the power of the human mind, how stress can hold the body back, and how mental clarity can change everything.Those words changed everything for me.Within a short time—around 4 to 4:30 AM—my labour pains began naturally. From that point onwards, she continued guiding me with confidence and empathy. Her belief in me made me believe in myself. Dr. Ekta is very hard working and would never let her patients wait for long, she would reach clinic from any where in the city and would never cancel on her patients.

Smooth Pregnancy Journey:

Thanks to Dr. Ekta's care, our entire pregnancy journey was tension-free. She would explain all the reports and blood work through voice messages on WhatsApp, eliminating the need for frequent clinic visits.

Delivery Experience:

At 39 weeks, my wife Manisha was admitted to Cloud Nine Hospital in Noida Sector 51 and opted for normal delivery. Dr. Ekta was present during the pre-labour examination and stayed in touch with the nurses throughout the night to monitor progress.

Despite attempts to induce labour for more than 20 hours, my wife eventually opted for a C-section, as she developed fear for normal delivery after observing other women go through extreme pain during labour.

Dr. Ekta understood our situation and reached Cloudnine hospital within 30 mins by 5:30 in morning and quickly assembled a team to perdorm C-section. After 45 minutes, our healthy baby was born.

Throughout the delivery process, Dr. Ekta was supportive and calm, ensuring that we felt comfortable and confident. After the delivery, she regularly checked on us in the suite room, explaining the next steps and providing guidance on caring for our newborn.

One of the most reassuring aspects of her care was how personally invested she was in our well-being. During the pregnancy, my wife experienced a significant drop in haemoglobin levels. Naturally, we were concerned—but Dr. Ekta stepped in with a proactive and well-rounded treatment plan. Through IV iron therapy, supplements, and a carefully tailored diet, she helped bring my wife's haemoglobin levels back to normal by 36 weeks. This timely intervention ensured a healthy outcome for both mother and baby, and we’ll always be grateful for how attentively she handled the situation.

But perhaps the most defining moment of our journey was closer to the delivery. Although PV examinations indicated that a normal vaginal delivery (NVD) might not be favourable, my wife was very keen on trying for one. Dr. Ekta respected her wishes fully and stood by her decision until the very last moment, showing remarkable patience and empathy. My wife was admitted for NVD and labor was induced but when active labor did not progress even after 16 hours of induction, Dr. Ekta called us late at night, explained the situation with complete transparency, and gently advised us to go for an elective C-section for the safety of both mother and baby.

What truly stood out to us was the fact that Dr. Ekta came in herself, late at night, to perform the C-section. Her dedication, professionalism, and personal involvement gave us immense comfort and trust at a critical moment. The surgery was smooth, and both mother and baby were healthy—something we will always owe to her expert judgment and compassionate care.

Throughout this journey, Dr. Ekta was always just a message or call away. Her availability, responsiveness, and calm presence made every challenge feel manageable. She explained every step with patience, encouraged us during emotional moments, and provided post-delivery care with the same warmth and thoroughness.

To us, Dr. Ekta has been more than a doctor—she has been a trusted guide, a constant support system, and someone who made this life-changing journey a beautiful and safe experience.

Dr. Ekta Singh is very nice and experienced. She explained everything clearly and addressed all my concerns. The clinic atmosphere and support team were also very good.

I used to visit her Women’s Care Clinic in Sector 61, where the staffes arealways friendly and helpful. I wanted to go for a normal delivery, and she guided me throughout with patience and confidence. She always listened to my doubts and explained things clearly, making me feel at ease during every check-up s, during PV and delivery.

I was induced into labour and went through 6–7 hours of pain. At one point, it felt unbearable and I wanted to go for epidural, but ma’am encouraged me to stay strong. When I was too exhausted to push and the baby’s heartbeat started dropping, she immediately took the right decision and went ahead with assisted vacuum normal delivery. Finally, we safely welcomed our baby boy.

I’m truly thankful to Dr. Ekta for her support throughout this journey. I would definitely recommend her to all expecting mothers.

The doctor was helpful but made lewd remarks during my MTP consultation and ultrasound, which made me uncomfortable. I expected a more considerate approach, especially from a gynecologist.
