The doctor was not available at the hospital despite the appointment being scheduled, which was a complete waste of time and money. The staff informed us the doctor doesn't come on Saturdays and seemed unaware of the confirmed booking. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

I had a ear procedure done today but he didnt get irritated at all & helped me to go through a difficult procedure with all his great efforts, and friendly nature. We feel comfortable with him and feel comfortable asking questions & reaching out to him for guidance.
He is able to diagnose complex situations instantly. He doesn't prescribe unnecessary tests. He fixed my problem in such a short time.

I was operated by Dr Virad Bansal for neck abscess two months ago and he did a remarkable treatment on me by performing periodic check ups ,dressing of my wound and prescribing medicines post my operation .
