Dr. Vishal Garg is very intelligent and soft spoken. I was fully satisfied with his clear diagnosis and friendly approach. The clinic environment was outstanding and very clean.

My wife recently had a troubling experience with a doctor ***** ******* ***** ****** ** ** ** ********* ***** ****** **** ******* *********** This particular incident has left me not only disappointed but also concerned for the well-being of others who might fall victim to similar practices.

Upon visiting this doctor for a health concern, My wife was promptly prescribed a medication without much consideration for my medical history or potential allergic reactions. ************** **** ************ *** ** ****** ******* ********** ******* ** ****** **** ** ********. When I reached out to the doctor with my concerns, expecting empathy and assistance, I was met with a shocking response.

We all understand and know that no doctor can treat you by looking at your face. You need to describe your problems and basis different blood test and other diagnostic reports a doctor correlates and identify the problem and cure. However,

A BIG NO NO to this doctor. Here you go with series of events so that nobody else faces the same issues:

I visited Vishal for stomach bloating and uneasiness issues.

- Basis my blood test report (LFT was a bit higher from normal parameters) he conducted fibroscan to determine liver size, which came out to be normal, then he suggested whole abdomen ultrasound ****** * ***** ****** **** **** **** ****** *********** ***** ** * ******** **** ** *** ********* **** ******* **** ******* *** ********* ******* *** **** ** *** *** ******* *** ***** ** ********* **** ***** ******* ** *** ***** ** *********** *** ** * ****** ******* *** *** ** Whole abdomen ultrasound test also came normal

- Bigger surprise was that regardless of all these test which indicated normal liver size and no complication, he kept on prescribing liver medicines

- My report also indicated small Hernia which he blindly ignored and was not even ready to address

- Non responsive, you have to follow up 2-3 times and wait for more than 24-48 hrs to get his revert

- He is polite but politeness is not going to treat patient

- Guess what, I had to see another doctor to get my problem treated.

Amazing callousness on behalf of the Clinic/Doctor towards patients/peoples Time. No appointments given. & patients are expected to wait upto two hours, in a waiting facility that is crowded & Carona behaviour unfriendly.

I have been to the Doctor four years back- & yes he is polite. I can see that his practice has grown well- but so should the professionalism. Two people at the reception & they pick calls rarely, rudely & ask people to walk in for two hours waiting!!****** **** ******* i will find someone who respects my time. Being a patient does not mean i am an inferior social person. Thank you.

Dr. Vishal Garg was very attentive and thorough despite being pressed for time. His approach was kind and professional, and he treated the problem with great care. We will definitely visit him again.

i have visited once and after 5 minutes he recommended some blood tests and ultrasound. i have taken the test and some of the things were not in range. I asked him should you recommend something and without even seeing he said NO. **** ** ******* ** ****** ***** *****

Such a polite doctor I have ever seen in my life. The way of diagnosing the problem, treating, advising and helping is awesome. Apart from treating the patient, the most valuable quality of Vishal Sir is his politeness. Thank you for everything sir. keep smiling sir... :)

I have visited doctor multiple times with My parents, cousin and brother in law's treatment of problems related to gas.

He had treated them all well and all are doing fine now..

He listens well and asks multiple questions to get and understanding of the disease.

Recommends minimal tests if required..

Treats the patients well.
