Dr. V.S. Chauhan

Dr V S Chauhan is a Senior Consultant in the Department of GI, Minimally Invasive and Bariatric Surgery at Fortis Escorts Hospital, Faridabad. He has done his MBBS and MS (Surgery) from the prestigious Banaras Hindu University (BHU). He has been specially trained in GI and advanced laparoscopy from the esteemed AIIMS, New Delhi (2005-2008). He is a Fellow of The American College of Surgeons (FACS) and MRCS from the Royal Collage of Surgeon Glasgow (UK). He was awarded the Prestigious DAVIES TRAVEL Fellowship of The Royal Collage (2016) for training in Cancer at Leipzing, Germany.Dr Chauhan is LIMCA BOOK record holder for removing the World’s Largest Spleen. His special interest include Advanced Laparoscopic Surgeries particularly Colorectal Surgeries. He is one of the few surgeons in Faridabad, who is performing laser and radiofrequency ablation for Varicose Vein and Haemorrhoids.
