My sister conceived with IVF in first attempt and its a twin pregnancy . My sister is under the constant guudance of Dr.Shalini .She had PCOS and had taken many treatments before but nothing worked .She had taken multiple cycles of Clomiphene ,Letrozole and IUI .=Eventually she conceived in first cycle of IVF .
