Furthermore, you provided a prescription without thoroughly listening to the patient's symptoms and concerns. It is crucial for a healthcare professional to hear the patient out completely before making any recommendations or prescribing medication. This oversight on your part led to bigger problems for us, as we were unable to find appropriate medical consultation when we needed it the most.
