It was my first approach to this doctor. ** *** ***** Treatment was fine but the waiting time was very high. Doctor was in OT and I had to wait around 4 hours to consult him.
The way he has treated my mother really like it... We are are 100% satisfied with his explanation and the way he was listening my mother problem one by one
Regd Dr Rahul Gupta and Dr Abhinav (Neurology). Very bad experience. Doctors operated the patient twice without discussion. At last they said patient is in danger and they do not have any treatment. Senior Dr Rahul Gupta, don't even provided his mobile number. At the time of LAMA, doctors have not asked even a single time for reason of it and our arrangements of taking patient to other hospital. All overall, very bad ***** ********** ** ****** *********
I had taken an appointment through practo and it was confirmed for 10.15 AM. When I arrived at the hospital at 10 AM, the doctor's coordinator told me that he's in some meeting and would be free by 11.I waited for 2 hours and their excuses kept coming but the doctor didn't. Finally, my 2 hours wait and 1100 consultation fee got wasted; without even getting a treatment. They hospital even denied refunding the fee, but I could fight to get it.I would never recommend him or any other doctor in Fortis.
doctor was on leave we have to unnecessarily go and wait then came to know that he was on leave, it caused us inconvenience.
Over All, Experience is Grt.
We recommended Dr. Rahul for neurological problems. Feel free & consult.
