Dr Prerna or Prerna di as I fondly call her is one of the most approachable doctors that I have seen. She is ever willing to listen to queries and is quick at analysing reports and provides recommendations even at odd hours during these COVID times. I liked her flexibility and approach towards dealing with the given case. She isn't in favour of prescribing heavy doses initially and resorts to natural courses of actions to deal with the problem or disease at hand. My wife had dengue fever. She was treated by doctor Prerna. We were anxious and worried. My son insisted that his mother must be admitted. But the doctor kept her cool. Even when my wife’s platelets came down to a very low level Doctor Prerna didn’t panic and gave us the liberty to call her on her mobile whenever needed. She was very confident and clear of her line of treatment. Number of times we got anxious but every time very coolly she gave us courage.
