Dr. Nishant is a very good doctor which I have experienced in last couple of years. My mother has chronic "Rheumatoid Arthritis" and we consulted him for the first time about 2-3 years back in Yatharth Hospital, Sector 110, Noida. My mother had very sever problem in walking and severe pain in her body, swelling etc. After diagnosed all the required test, he prescribed medicines which drastically improved her condition.

Visited ForJoint Pain
I was not supposed to write here, but unfortunately my experience laid me down to give my honest feedback here. He might be good or best in his practices *** ********* but I feel he doesn't takes here patience seriously. I visited his clinic thrice in a month and every time he has prescribed me with lab test and new medicines basis on test result. I had been taking his prescriptions sincerely to get rid of problems. but later on those medicines affected my digestion system and intestine badly that I have started getting blood in my stool and red spots on back, face and head. but on inquiring this with him , I felt his response was very cool with one more test of stool and asked me visit the clinic. later I googled those medicines and came to know these medicines has been banned in other countries as they cause serious side effects. Infact as Doctor Responsibility I didn't get any follow call even getting such a serious problems. After all I have visited to my family doctor at my hometown and it took only 3-5 days to overcome from all the problems.

its a important feedback..
Mishra Ji thanks for valuable feedback..
and sorry if I have not created a panic in you mind which you must have wanted when u were saying doctor acted very cool on hearing blood in stools.
I was trying to make you comfortable and not create a panic in your mind so that you start fearing your rheumatic disease v/s salmonella issue.
As summers are going on you must be comfortable at present but all the tests were done specifically as per your complaints.
I am not a test junkie doctor who before seeing the patients write down battery of tests I like to be more specific and maybe I learned from experience from your feedback and patients like you that I should keep myself safe and do tests more often to diagnose and catch things so that I am not blamed later on.
Anyways u came to me three times first visit you had told me about arthritis joint pain which I felt was unlikely diagnosis in your case and had written some tests to check nerve weakness and confirm if u had arthritis or not.i had written limited tests and very specific.
Out of those limited tests you had done more limited things and you had vitamin B12 deficiency only as you did not do the other tests for confirmation of rheumatic arthritis vit B12 was low which I corrected by injections later on you came that you are still not comfortable I told you to do tests and started on disease modifying agents for rheumatic disease which included a drug leflunomide which Is very new agent and widely used worldwide.
You googled it and saw it has serous side effects.
First of all don't confuse your Google degree with my education degrees.
Then if you google on net side effect of sunlight you will find sunlight causes rashes and cancer it does not mean sunlight is harmful for you and you should stop going in the sun. Google is Google and your doctor is human.
I may have over treated you as you were very miser with doing tests for confirmation of diagnosis so I had to do something for you but I meant no harm and it is always first duty of myself as a physician to do no harm first to my patient.
Regarding blood in stool with joint pains is typical history of serious infection salmonella so I had told you a simple stool test which does not costs much and can be done easily as seeing your previous record I knew you would not be comfortable with culture or Complete blood cell counts or further tests.
I tried not to create panic in your mind and write down a simple test for evaluation as these spots were unlikely due to lefra it is not a drug which causes blood in stools commonly which you misunderstood anyways what's done is done.
What I want to say is you should have confidence in your doctor like you had confidence in your home town physician he must have definitely given some antibiotics without tests which must have cured your salmonella and now you are fit and fine.
But you came to me with doubts in your mind and no confidence on me so you never got out of your problems.
But I can't fire bullet in dark without confirming diagnosis.I did in your case by starting leflunomide and the bullet has already hit me back.
I am sorry if still after this open discussion you may have any doubts you may come personally and meet me rather than putting defaming things on net.. like all me dearest patients who have confidence in my practice and tell me all there doubts and if have any problems with medicine they come to me specifically clearly and confidently.I am open for debate and easily approachable doctor at any time.
If you have not personally taken it I am sorry once again for being harsh and clear.
As I too have not personally taken it but I had learnt from my mistake in future I would better refer patients like you to a government medical college where tests can be done free of costs and disease can be confirmed and adequate treatment started.
