To start with, he immediately attended a phone call for consultation as he wasn't able to be available at a given time, which was much appreciated. He understood the condition and explained the treatment and procedure and ensured trust to make us feel comfortable. The surgery was lined up without delay at the Metro Multi Speciality Hospital and he met us post the surgery to inform the success. The patient was doing well and the next day was discharged.
