I visited her during pregnancy for persistent breathless problem. She is a experinced doctor . No extra test prescribed by her. Jss d problem realted test n treatment given by her. B4 visiting her i visited num of physician n waste lot of money on test n checkups n result was null.

My grandfather had a jaw lock issue, where in he was unable to close his mouth, eat or drink anything. So we took him to Max emergency. They allotted us a doctor - Meenakshi Jain - who first did Xray. Once the X ray was done she told us that X ray is not clear, and they need to run more tests. She asked us around 15 tests, from blood, Urine, sugar as she said its serious, could be muscle related, could be blood infection and they need more investigations. They also forced us to get MRI and CT scan done. My poor grandfather, still with mouth open, unable to eat drink or speak spent the night in the same situation in hospital. Next day She said blood reports show Sodium is extremely low, so they need further investigations. After all the tests and scans were done, She confirmed its only a Jaw Lock. The suitable doctors came and reset the jaw in evening in an hour. The next day when we received the reports, Blood report was absolutely fine, Sodium was not low, and the X-ray report clearly stated it's "Jaw Lock".

Highly unprofessional doctor. Took a phone appointment with her and she was busy driving while attending a patient and was hardly interested in guiding and properly advising a COVID patient. I give her zero marks. Totally disappointed and will further complain against her at Max Balaji as took appointment through them.
