The doctor explained everything clearly during the consultation. However, I was quite disappointed that the clinic staff did not inform me in advance that Dr. Keshav Anand would be absent on Wednesday, which caused inconvenience as I was asked to come that day just to receive the report. This lack of communication was frustrating and should not have happened.
I was dissatisfied with the consultation because the prescribed medicines did not provide any relief. I lacked confidence in the doctor's treatment and decided to consult another doctor.
