However, I was quite disappointed that the clinic staff did not inform me in advance that Dr. Keshav Anand would be absent on Wednesday, which caused inconvenience as I was asked to come that day just to receive the report. This lack of communication was frustrating and should not have happened.
Dr. Keshav Anand gave proper time for the checkup and recommended only the necessary medicines. He was very clear and friendly in listening to my problems. The clinic was clean and the staff cooperative, though the wait time varied depending on the number of patients.
