I honestly feel that my delivery was possible because of Dr. Jyoti Bhaskar. From the very beginning, she has been so warm, patient and genuinely concerned. She has this very comforting, almost motherly way of handling you — she never lets you panic or makes you feel like you are worrying unnecessarily.

Throughout my pregnancy, whenever I had a question, a doubt or a moment of anxiety, she would calmly explain everything and say, “Don’t worry, we’ll go with the flow.” And somehow, those simple words always made me feel reassured.

What I will remember most is how safe and cared for she made me feel. Even when things felt overwhelming, her calmness gave me confidence. She never made me feel scared about the delivery or pressured me into anything. She simply guided me, trusted the process and was there when I needed her the most.

Looking back at the whole journey, I genuinely feel very lucky that I had her as my doctor. More than just a wonderful gynaecologist, she has been a constant source of comfort and reassurance.

I had the most wonderful experience with Dr. Jyoti Bhaskar. I actually switched to her in my 9th month of pregnancy, so naturally I was a little apprehensive about changing doctors so late. But she made me feel comfortable and confident almost immediately.

On the day of my delivery, she went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well cared for, making my C-section a smooth and positive experience. Doctor is very good but I feel she may be at wrong place(Cloud9). Cloud9 is a hospital that don’t look after the customer satisfaction and operational excellence rather working as a money extortion machine. Doctor like Jyoti Bhaskar should not be part of this as exceptional doctor should stay with good hospitals for better customer service and satisfaction.

She encouraged me to join yoga classes and guided me with the right diet, which kept me feeling energetic throughout my pregnancy.

My journey, however, came with challenges. At 32 weeks, I developed a UTI and my cervix length shortened with funnelling at the internal OS, increasing the risk of preterm delivery. It was an emotionally difficult time for my husband and me, as I was advised strict bed rest. Every day felt like a milestone. But Dr. Bhaskar’s reassurance, positivity, and regular check-ins gave us strength. With her constant guidance and care, I went on to deliver a healthy full-term baby girl.
