I had the most wonderful experience with Dr. Jyoti Bhaskar. I actually switched to her in my 9th month of pregnancy, so naturally I was a little apprehensive about changing doctors so late. But she made me feel comfortable and confident almost immediately.

Interestingly, she delivered my baby in our third meeting! That’s how quickly I developed trust in her and felt completely confident that I was in the right hands.

What I really appreciated about her was that she is professional, crisp and to the point, yet incredibly soft-spoken and reassuring. She never made me feel judged, never unnecessarily complicated things, and always guided me clearly whenever I had questions or concerns.

My entire experience, especially towards the end of my pregnancy and during delivery, was made so much easier because of her calm and confident approach. I’m genuinely grateful that I found her when I did.

Doctor is very good but I feel she may be at wrong place(Cloud9). Cloud9 is a hospital that don’t look after the customer satisfaction and operational excellence rather working as a money extortion machine. Doctor like Jyoti Bhaskar should not be part of this as exceptional doctor should stay with good hospitals for better customer service and satisfaction.

My journey, however, came with challenges. At 32 weeks, I developed a UTI and my cervix length shortened with funnelling at the internal OS, increasing the risk of preterm delivery.
