It was overall excellent experience. Dr. Gupta is an outstanding doctor and he identifies the issue and provides the treatment in an excellent manner. I underwent lower tooth root canal, lower tooth replacement, bone grafting and implant. He explained about the whole procedure very friendly and in very simple terms which made it easier to understand. Initially I was scared due to extraction and surgical treatment of grafting a bone. However with his amazing ability he made the process painless by keeping patient comfort in mind. Every question and doubt was answered patiently. The doctor spent enough time on the day of tooth extraction and surgery.

It's the first day of Unlock and visiting a Dentist with your mask removed is not exactly anything to look forward to. I had called Dr Gaurav to check on Covid readiness and patient safety. He explained well enough for me to actually make it to the appointment. At the clinic I had to fill up a form and then see the Doctor. I had a Bitadine wash for 30 seconds after which he examined the cavity.

While the cavity issue itself will take time, I am atleast happy about the visit itself and safety precautions at place.

I visited doctor Gaurav Gupta for my wisdom teeth extraction .As we all know during this Covid 19 time we all are taking extra precautions , I was happy to see that his staff is maintaining decent satisficatory hygiene as per the parameter standards. From air purifier and proper sanitization to providing gloves, mask and surgical cap and disposable footwear cover to patient , he himself takes necessary protection measures like PPE kit . He advised me about the procedure of tooth extraction.He gives prompt response to his patients on call and on whatsapp.
