I visited the clinic during lockdown and while this Covid-19 period they were taking heavy precautions which impressed me a lot. To take my signature they offered me a pen even after sanitizing it. Now let's come to the treatment. She's very friendly and listened my problem properly. She diagnosed the problem from each and every perspective. The best thing is that she won't let you feel uncomfortable while the testing and will keep telling about the problem. She also told me the precautions I can take so once the problem get resolved it won't occurs again in the eye. Thank you doctor. Will definitely visit again to your clinic.

One last thing. It's not necessary that you buy the medicines from her own clinic. You can buy them from anywhere outside if you think they are charging extra for the medicines or not giving you concession.

The doctor is nice and so is the treatment.. But the waiting time is very bad.. We had taken the 1st appointment at the doctor but we got late due to traffic.. Since our appointment time was over, we had to wait for over an hour to see the doctor.. The compounder told me that since we r late, we have to wait till d end.. Even the walk-in customers got the preference.. This is not acceptable.. What's the point of taking an appointment then.. I understand that we were late and other people who had booked the appointment should see the doctor on time.. But the walk-in customer can wait n we who reached late, should be given preference over them.. Means we were penalised for reaching late..

She was very cordial and listened to the patient for every problem she was facing and diagnosed her very well. I personally feel that more than half of the problem is solved when it is heard properly as diagnosing becomes easier. She is a thorough professional and does not want to take any chance to deliver the best so ensures that every aspect is looked into in great detail. She also sees that no superfluous medicine or diagnostic is recommended. She suggests and prescribes quite well. I wish her all the best in her profession and that she treats more and more patients with her charming nature.

Visited Doctor Charu for eye checkup of my son who is 14 years of age on Monday i.e. 30.01.2017 for dilation and eye sight checkup. The appoint time was at 07 hours and 30PM. May be it was late for dilation for the doctor but instead of calling us on another date. She checked my son eyes and told some infection his eyes. Myself and my son was totally confused as there was no redness or itchiness in his eyes. She prescribed two eye drops and ointment.

She charged us and gave another new appointment after 5 days i.e. on Friday at 06 hours and 30 minutes. We came back and did not purchase and use any medicine. We went to another doctor and his eyes were absolutely fine as advised by new doctor and dilation was done without any problem.

Our time and money was wasted on the appointment with the doctor and somehow I saved my money on purchase of medicines.

I visited a clinic and I was in high pain and problem in my eyes. She has suggested me a lens' no further, a basis of her recommendation I have purchased and started wearing that lens.

Here I would like to share my very bad experience with Dr., from day one I told her that lens is not suiting to my eyes and I am feeling more pain but she said it will be ok. Again, I visited a clinic and I have to hear the same answer. Finally, I have decided to change a Dr. and I visited AIIMS.

Here, Dr. has clearly said don't wear that no it will impact badly on your eyes. I just want to tell you all that they are least concern about our issues.

I visited for eye sight correction. Doctor is fine, but she gave me slightly higher number then the exact number and mentioned the same as well, expecting that it would be needed later as I start wearing glasses. I was able to understand the same when re-tested after consulting with other doctor and faced headache and trouble before that.

It was a nice experience going there ,she easily explained the precautionary steps to not to do, moreover I got to know the things that we generally do ,we Generally prefer any medication from stores at a time when we are in severe stress.

Went for the fundus test of my mother's eye. According to her my mother had diabetic retinopathy and recommended angiography of the eyes for the same. Follwed up with other doctor and got to know my mother has no sign of diabetic retinopathy and there is no need of angiography. She had cataract actually

My eight year old was twitching eyes since few days ..he also complained about not being able to see things written on blackboard clearly. Dr Charu did a detailed eye check up and also explained the issue. I am thankful she gave ample time to my kid.
