Dr. Richa Rathor is very ************* *** patiently explained the whole treatment and procedure. She truly knows her craft and cares about her patients. My whole family, including my kids, trusts her as our family dentist.

Dr. Richa Rathor keeps all instruments hygienic and takes full care of her patients. She listens patiently, makes a good diagnosis, and provides appropriate treatment. The clinic is well managed, and the staff behavior and waiting time were also good.

Dr. Richa Rathor deals very nicely with patients. I recommend her to anyone seeking dental treatment. The clinic was clean and the staff was cooperative, and I felt the consultation was good value for money.

Simply amazing! First dental experience decides the future of your dental visits and our proactive attitude towards our oral. Health throughout life... Dr Richa has been phenomenal in every aspect for my 5.5 year old... He is in love with his dentist... What needs to be done has to be done.. The only way to ease it out is by preparing the patient psychologically... And she is brilliant at it.. She is super precise and sharp with her craft! Just because it's child's teeth, does not make them any different than adults... There is a reason kids have teeth and why they should be kept in healthy fashion.

I recommend each and every parent out there to visit her for theirs and their kids dental issues... Many times we don't even Know if some issue is cropping unless there is pain.. So regularity is the key and Dr Richa does recommend and promote the regular check ups so that issue can be examined , diagnosed ad an early stage... Simply super brilliant doc.. My son's fears if dental chair are gone for life and I am a super happy mommy...

In 2019, I just got settled in Sector-137, so, thought to find a good dentist for better oral health & hygiene in general. when I got to know about Dr Richa Rathore. So, I consulted her only for her to check if all my teeth are in healthy condition without any pain or issue in my teeth. But when she checked, she suggested that my left upper wisdom tooth has a mild cavity but have affected the adjacent upper molar to some extent. I was naive about dental visits and asked her for its solution to which she suggested extraction of my wisdom tooth that was otherwise healthy but she said it impacted last upper molar and then she said its better to go for DIRECT RCT of that upper molar which got impacted as it seems that cavity is touching one of the roots pulp with a dot type spot as per her xray. I just trusted her and wanted to make sure that teeth lives get better, i agreed to all procedures and got them done in aug 2019. Then in aug 2020, i faced a mild pain in my RCT tooth but due to covid restrictions i avoided dental visit. Then i got stiffness in my neck. I thought its survical based and got physio done. But later, i got ringing in ear for which i took opinion on 4 ENTs but nobody could identify the reason for that. Then there used to be mild strain on and off but i ignored it. So in 2023 aug, i got pain in same upper molar. I again visited the same dentist trusting she will take care. Yes, she gave time and kept explaining that teeth got some leakage and tooth structure got re infected. So she said she will check if teeth cn be saved or needs extraction. Then she took multiple sittings and i got second rct done on the same upper molar. And got it capped too. Then it starts paining and straining my gums to a great extent till 1 month. I shared with her but she said sometimes gum get inflamed in dental procedure and will settle down. So i again trusted her. Then in oct 2024, after many similar mild strains, i got my upper molar rct tooth rechecked by some other dentist for second opinion. ** **** ** **** *** ******** ** *** ******* ** *** **** *** **** ******* *** *** **** *** **** ******* * **** *** **** * *** ** ********** **** **** **** ** **** ******* ********* ** **** *** ***** ** * **** **** ** ******** ** ******* **** * **** *** *** *** ******** ** **** ******* *** ***** *** **** **** **** **** ****** ** ******* **** **** *** ******* ** ********* ***** *** *** *** ** *** ******** I still took tym to delay this process because i didn’t believe at first that my blind faith on a dentist costed me ONE FULL UPPER MOLAR IN JUST 5 years which could have gone way too longer with mild cavity. * *** * ***** **** * ***** **** ** *** *** ******* ** **** *** ***** ******* **** ***** * **** ** ** ***** **** * *** ******** **** * ***** ****** ** ** ****** So DR RICHA RATHORE, yes you explain all the details and do give satisfactory time to patients but PLEASE TAKE EXTRA X RAYS DURING PROCEDURES TO ENSURE NO INFECTION LEFT. ***** * **** ************ ** *** ** ** ***** ** **** *** ********* * *** **** ***** ****** **** Hence i will now never recommend her for procedures spclly RCT. Also, such infection cause strain on my gums also.

Dr. Richa Rathor was very patient, understanding, and polite during my visit. She explained things clearly and made me feel comfortable. The clinic environment and staff were welcoming, and everything went smoothly.

Dr. Richa Rathor explained the procedure clearly and is very soft-spoken, never giving false hopes. The clinic was hygienic and neat, the staff were very good, and the waiting time was minimal. Overall, the consultation was very satisfactory.

*** **** ****** *** ** ** **** I have never seen someone so patiently answer all the queries even the ones you donot ask but they are somewhere in your mind. Her hand is so good and unlike other doctors, she does not just recommend everything at one go. In my case, I was willing to go with root canal or filling + tooth extraction at the same time but she told me to just go for tooth extraction first and wait. Doing that will relieve my pain and it did. I have never seen doctors messaging you themselves asking about your health/pain but she does that. ** ***** ** **** **** * **** ****** ** ******* Totally satisfied. :)
