Visited For Achilles Tendon Rupture Treatment
Happy with: Explanation of the health issue
Experience with the doctor was good. However, the hospital administration lacked good management.
Wait time was huge, no proper sequence maintenance and basic things were not digitized.
The only thing digitized was billing. Didn't expect this from Fortis.
I was visiting this doctor for my father. He has done his surgery as well. The outcome was successful and my father is doing good now. I am extremely happy with the doctor about that. But there is a lot to be implemented as a part of better service in the hospital. Because the crowd will be numerous always and it will take hours for the consultation. Online appointments are not at all considered here and no one ever follows the schedule strictly. The hospital team has to look after the arrangements to avoid such complications.
My wife visited for knee problem.complete check was not carried out.ie.spine etc.knee replacement was recommended just looking an x-ray while 2 were got done.outside staff was not alert.physiothrepist was suggesting problems rather than enquiring about problem.prescription is illegible.what to say prescription paper is very thin n on it sketchpen is being used.aim of this review is asking for improvement.a
