Dr. Amit Bhargava

I am absolutely terrified of going to Dentists. But 2 weeks back, I woke up with a swollen mouth and unbearable pain in my lower jaw and had no other option but to get an expert opinion.

Since I am new to Noida, I had no source of reference for any Dentist. I scrolled and scrolled on Practo to search for an experienced dentist and came upon a few names. I read the reviews of Dr. Bhargava and decided to visit him.

The doctor turned out to be very friendly, conversational, and gave me proper time rather than hurrying me up to see his next patient. He examined my teeth & scheduled me for a wisdom tooth extraction. I was briefed about the entire process beforehand.

The extraction took about 10 minutes max. and was absolutely painless. I could hear the instruments though, so I was petrified the entire time. The doctor sensed my fear and kept on making conversation during the entire process to distract me and make me feel at ease. I didn't develop any complication post the extraction and within a week my jaw has significantly healed.

The best thing I liked about Dr. Bhargava is that he focused on the problem at hand and did not recommend unnecessary dental procedures that many other dental providers talk their patients into. My other wisdom teeth is impacted too and sooner or later I will have to get it removed, but the doctor didn’t pressurise me to get it removed immediately.

I would recommend the doctor to everyone.

I would first like to thank Dr. Bhargava for the Root Canal Treatment of my mother and my tooth scaling procedure.

I would love to recommend him for:

1. His experience is very good as while doing any procedure there is less/no pain.

2. Before proceeding for any procedure he updates the patient about why this procedure is required and how it will be done.

3. He keeps talking about the stories and his experience with patients to keep the conversation healthy so that the patient is not getting bored or scared during the procedure.

4. My mother got RCT 2 times in the upper molar tooth (Left(2017) and Right(2020)) and she is very happy now as initially there was a lot of pain.

5. He is very friendly with the patient and suggests the procedure only if required.

I am very happy with the service and would recommend Dr. Bhargava for dental procedures.

Had my wisdom tooth extracted about a month back.

I had such terrible pain in and near my right side lower wisdom tooth that the pain was from my right ear to the front teeth and then to the throat.. Found this doctor on Practo and decided to visit him since saw so many good reviews about wisdom tooth extraction. I wont say the procedure wasnt painful but it was totally worth it. Since the tooth was so strongly held by the gums, the doctor had to use all the techniques known to himvtobbreak it and then remove it. It took about an hour since it required a little more than expected efforts. But after the procedure I had absolutely no pain. No numbness, no tingling sensation and no infection. So I would definitely recommend this doctor for wisdom tooth extraction! He knows what he is doing.
