****** **** ******* ** *** *** *** Our new born baby was delivered in Cloudnine Hospital on 05th November,2019. After 24 days after his delivery on 30th November the baby got a complication. We visited the Doctor Clinic at Mahagun Mart, Sector 78. The doctor's support staff was quick to notice the situation and we were allowed to meet the doctor without any formal appointment. The doctor noticed that our baby had aspirated and rushed with us to Cloudnine Hospital. I have read all the feedbacks shared for him but I want to tell all that at that time there were almost 20 patients waiting outside but the doctor gave it a priority to save a new born life over monetary benefits. At cloudnine Doctor Alok made some tests of our baby and was quick to diagnose that our baby had a very very rare complication " Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia"....a life threatening complication. ******* *** **** Doctor Alok, stood with us like a pillar of strength. He talked with the best pediatric surgeons in NCR and then made all arrangements so that our baby was transferred to Apollo Sarita Vihar on life support. I want to say that my son is 09months old now but the doctor is reachable 24x7 for any help. Thank You Sir for being a part of our life.

First of all i want to share that I have recommended Dr. Alok to each and everyone and request you to please go atleast once whenever you r in problem with your little ones.

My Experience: -

My little baby boy Tejas Saxena (14 months old) got fever and someone gave me reference of Dr. Alok and he told me please meet him atleast once and you feel that yes he is a doctor which i am searching t for my children. I met him and yes i was much satisfied with him. He checked my son and given some dose after 18 days my son was not feeling better and his fever convert into Tified fever, so doctor sir suggest me that we want to admit him on immediate basis for some reason. We have gone Fortis Hospital and after some test, ECHO, and all got report that my son have tified fever and some infection.

Now my son discharged from Hospital, he stayed only one day and under treatment with Dr. Alok.

My lo was born in Cloudnine and is 6 months old now. The hospital had introduced this doctor as her paediatrician. Hence we consulted him only . Right from the 1st meeting, this doctor was very very rude. I have never seen such a rude doctor **** **** *** **** *** **** *** ** **** ** ********

After the 1st visit , i was very sure that i can not continue visiting him for my lo. However, due to pandemic it was too risky to explore new doctor so we thought to continue his treatment.

This was my 3rd visit to him in 6 months (for vaccination) when i asked him to guide on what to start apart from milk , this person was so rude to me that he started shouting and my lo started crying immediately.** **** *** ** ** * ***** **** ** ********* ********* ****** *** ****** ********* ** * ****** ** ****** ****** ** *** **** ************ *** ***** *** *****

have visited him couple of time for vaccination of my child and 2 times for consultation ... recently this Monday ( 2nd of Aug) i have consulted him as my child was suffering from fever and coughing a lot....he has suggested some medicines ******* **** ****** ******* ** ** *** ***** ** *** *********** ***** * **** ** ******* ****** ******* ************ *** I had to consult other Doctor **** **** ** **** ***** *********** ** *** **** *** *** *** ****** ******** ** *********This is not acceptable at all ** * ********* ************ ****** ** **** ******* ** **** ****** ******* *************will never recommend or visit him.

I posted this for other parents so that they don't suffer the same.

Dr. Alok Dwivedi is one of the most thorough and helpful doctors we have met. He patiently understood all our concerns regarding our child's growth and development and helped assuage a lot of our concerns based on her growth metrics. He further undertook a long developmental milestones assessment and calmly explained the various parameters he was evaluating for our daughter and how she was performing on each parameter.

His detailed and patient approach was really helpful in addressing all the concerns we had regarding our child's growth. I would recommend Doctor Dwivedi to all new parents. He is a gem of a doctor.

You find person like Dr Alok Dwivedi rarely in real life. He truly justifies the Doctor title who has human touch for care & treatment as well acute knowledge for medical diagnosis.

My 7 months old son got post COVID complication, it was Dr Alok who not only identified the disease but also spoke to his colleagues in big hospitals to get us best of the treatment. And you know what he even didnt charge us post knowing about complication despite me requesting multilpe times. He only cared about the kid and arranged all resources & treatments through his connects even during late night. I dont have enough words to express my gratitude to him. *** ** *** **** ******* * *** ** ** **** ****** ******** *******

We shuffled through a lot of paediatricians, till we met Dr Dwivedi. We've now been visiting him for the last 7 years. He's diagnosis has been spot on every time *** ********* *** **** ********** He doesn't create panic, ************* ********* **** ************ something we've faced with other doctors. He is friendly and cheerful. During the lockdown, our ward suffered from eye allergy. He immediate diagnosised it, suggested right meds and didn't even charge us for the consultation. We really appreciate his humanitarian approach.

A good doctor with very nice person. I recommend dr Alok.

I was always very impressed with Dr. Alok's ability to handle stressful situations and get patients to relax when others could not. His professional approach definitely helped to increase the hospital's success rate.

Horible experience. My daughter was having severe cold and cough as she was suffering from last 10 to 12 days but after consuting this docter he prescribed only sinarest only instead of providing any correct medicine/antibiotic which could tackle such serious cold. After taking this medicine there is no effet, still she is suffering from serious cold, fever and cough.

My son was his first patient, we visited him even when the clinic wasn’t fully operational. He treated my son then and even after 12 years he treats my son now. He is one of the best doctors I have seen. Always very warm, make the kids comfortable, patiently listens to , explains the disease, explains the diagnosis and the dosage. Never gives unnecessary medication. A hard to find, true doctor who is NOT driven only to make huge bills.
