Dr. Akash Garg

I did not meet the doctor this time. I had problem in my hands they were itchy and swelled up. I kept asking the receptionist to ask the doctor if this is something he can help me with or i need to see another doctor for this problem. The receptionist was not of any help she took more than 45min to answer me . After asking her multiple times, she refuse to talk to the doctor because he was busy with some patient and I saw patients coming out and her going inside the office, but she did not ask one simple question and I kept on waiting. Eventually, I left the Clinic without an answer.

(A) receptionist should know what all problems doctor can help the patient with and what all doesn’t come under his expertise. So the patient doesn’t lose their time sitting in waiting Hall for no reason.

(B) just in case she is not capable to do it, she should be allowed to go and ask the doctor whether the patient should wait or go and see another doctor. It only takes one or two minutes. No patient minds if the nurse or a receptionist comes and ask one simple question rather than making one person Wait outside for 45 minutes and still give the patient no answer because she is not allowed to enter the room.

Still, I recommend this doctor because he is very good at his work. My only problem is with the receptionist. She could be a little smarter.

I've previously visited him for mouth ulcers *** *** ********* *** **** ********** This time I took my mother (suffering with fever and fatigue) to him and hats off to his expertise *** ****** he detected that she was suffering with Dengue even when the tests were negative and the platelet count was sufficiently high. My mother was admitted under his supervision and in just 4 days I was able to bring her home.

Over and above being an expert doctor he is a wonderful human being. He is down to earth and polite. Listens to the patients patiently and explains the cause, effects and after-effects of the ailment. The patient starts to feel good just by talking to him.

What else would you seek in a doctor :)

We know Akash Garg for many years now. He is a very good doctor and helped me to revive from chronic respiratory infection in the past in less span of time. His prescriptions are very effective. I would recommend any one who wants to show himself / herself to a physician should get in touch with Dr. Akash Garg.

Mr Akash Garg is a great doctor. I went to him when my treatment in apollo wasn't work out. His diagnosis was spot-on and the medicines were effective. He takes time to listen to the problem in depth, explains the root cause well and doesn't get pissed-off (like most doctors) when asked too many questions. He's very scientific with his diagnostic approach and knows well what diseases are going around. I am also getting mom treated (for her chronic insomnia and gastric issues) by him.

Above all now seems I have to hire a guy who will remind me about medicine, what to take? When to take? More than 100 tablets with 6 categories.

I visited for my cough treatment, at my 1st visit i was told to get many test done( i dont think any more test can be advised for coughing), nd at my 2 visit when i shown him all test report, doctor told me you have cough problem due to allergy, which myself have told him during my 1st visit itself.

That all was fine if i could get the treatment.

I was so sad to see the doctr saying there is no treatment for cough due to allergy in allopathy.

If this was the case why he didnt tell me so at my 1st visit before prescribing 2600 rs test nd writing 1000 rs medicine when i myself inform him i hav cough due to allergy.

Dr Akash is a fantastic medical practitioner. His diagnostic abilities are unmatched and he explains the conditions pretty well to the patient and the family. He has been taking care of my entire family's health for last 5 + years (Since Aug 2017) and I would not go to any other doctor.

This is the most honest review by me.He is very friendly *** ************* *******He listen to your issues and spend time in explaining things that can correct your issues. This was my first visit and now I became a fan of him and recommend everyone to visit at least once and they will get to know the goodness Dr. Akash.Thank you Doc.

Highly unorganized appointment system. Online appointment timing and sequence doesn't actually matter and everything is randomly managed. Coming to the doctor he arrived late at the clinic. He seemed to be in super hurry when it came to consultation. Didn't bother to understand the patient satisfaction with the consultation. I regretfully say that I wanted my evening and hard earned money over the below par consultation.

The doctor was reached on time, the number of patient were less so within 10 minutes I got my turn.We describe problem to doctor, he pick points and asked specific question, during discussion he was very friendly and straight forward. he ruled out 2 things typhoid or Viral, he seems more inclined towards typhoid seeing history. He suggest 3 tests and asked us to visit next day with report.
