I was advised that the implants will fuse with the jawbone through osseointegration, which takes 3-4 months to set. That bond is what makes the final bridges and crowns feel solid and last for years. I am confident Dr. Dhwani will complete my dental work on time and to my satisfaction, as she assured me.
