I was suffering from shooting pain from my lower back travelling till thighs in the legs from past few months which didn't let me walk and climb stairs normally. As soon as I discussed about this with Dr Ankita Sharma of Revival Healthcare services, she went to depth of issue which was spinal disc bulge and comforted me with easy treatment through daily exercises and posture correction. Home Physio sessions were taken by Dr Kishore from her gurgaon team and he assisted me with step by step exercise levels to revive my back and core strength and I was relieved of my pain in few sessions. Now i am able to do my daily activities with ease. I am very thankful to Dr Ankita and her team.

There was some problem in my shoulder due to which my shoulder was not being raised, so I met Dr Ankita. Dr Ankita looked at me carefully and said that your shoulder has frozen, you will have to do some exercises, after that your shoulder will be fine. By doing the exercises he told me, my shoulder got better and II would like to thank Dr Ankita who treated me well and told me the exercises. Thank you so much Dr Ankita
